“I went in today for someone to check my transmission fluid. Brian greeted me as soon as I walked in (love that)! At first he thought he wouldn’t be able to help me, but he looked up my car , and found an image of where to look for the stick. He found it, but he was not able to fill it, because of what that would entail. He offered several options of places that could help me, which I really appreciated. This was my 3rd time in there. The guys are awesome; I won’t go anywhere else!!!!”

“Stopped in late Saturday afternoon for battery service for my Honda CRV key. The key was adult proof. It wouldn't pry or pop open. The man on duty was amazing!!
He tried all tiny tools none of which worked. Finally he went out to his car and came back in the store with his own mini screw driver. With effort he got the key apart. Installed the new battery. NAPA is lucky to have him on their team👍”
