“Everything went well with the exception that the mattress we found on-line and were interested in was shown to be in the store but when we arrived we were told it was not as it was an older model and no longer stocked? In any event we chose to purchase that particular model and take our chances that we will like it. The salesman honored the on-line sales price as well as a discount code sent to me for listing my email address. So far everything has worked out. We will get the delivery in a week.”

“We asked unfinished business to tackle two custom cabinetry projects. Can you point them out? Their craftsmanship is perfect! We had a custom wall oven and deep pots and pans cabinet built and a custom v-drawer corner cabinet built. They were able to color match our existing 1980s stained cabinets. Thank you!! “Popped by here on Sunday for a browse while in Chatham and fell in love with this place. Adored many of the pieces, particularly the locally made flower arrangements. “After an exhausting move during 4th of July weekend we went to the New Bedford Bob's to buy a mattress. The service was horrible from the start but we did find a mattress we liked. We then found out they didn't have it in stock & We would have to wait for it to be delivered Thursday @ 12. Thursday we went to pick it up and were told it wasn't delivered and we would have to go to Yarmouth or wait til Sat. After being aggravated & frustrated we decided to drive to Yarmouth. Upon arrival we found out the mattress was actually delivered on Wed!! NB nvr even looked!! With Tabor & the manager Mark( I believe) help, They made the situation less stressful. They offered to deliver the mattress to our house in their own vehicles and any other help we may have needed. They felt horrible about NB screw up and couldn't help us enough. We definitely will be driving to the Yarmouth location for any future furniture purchases. I can't express enough how amazing they both are. If you are in the process of looking for furniture go to the Yarmouth Bobs & Ask for Tabor & Mark. (Manager) You will not be dissapointed. Thanks Guys you are the best!!!”
