Amir has created a much-needed program to continue building strength after physical therapy ends. The program is unique in its focus and expertly implemented by Amir and his team. The small groups enable them to help us each individually, correcting as needed and always encouraging!

Golden Moves studio is bright, clean and accommodating. All of the instructors are meticulous about form and execution of exercises and stretching. They are upbeat and motivating. I’ve learned about many new ways to stretch and strengthen. I’m very happy with the classes here!
