CrossFit Nauset is a great gym with a positive and supportive vibe. The coaching is sincere, incredible, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Coaches go above and beyond to foster a strong sense of community, making everyone, including newcomers and drop-ins, feel welcome from the moment they step in the door. The classes are challenging, fun, and well-programmed, with options for different fitness goals. The facility itself is a clean and nice space with equipment that is up to standard and in great shape. The signup process is easy, and the team is responsive. Visitors and long-term members alike highly recommend this box for a good workout.

What a great gym with sincere, and incredible coaching. Was a stop for 4 days over vacation and couldn’t say enough positive things about this gym and the vibe. Will hopefully be back!
