I find it highly offensive that one of these reviewers says "antiquated power of aging female employees in his (or her) review, in reference to one or several of the female workers. I did notice that this person has done several extremely negative reviews and wonder if they are a highly intolerant and obnoxious personality. Maybe they were treated poorly, I cannot say, however, I have not ever been treated poorly there and I find the employees to be quite friendly and helpful. (Even if this were not so, their age and sex has nothing to do with their effectiveness at their job!!!)”

“I stopped by the post office today because my package stated it was delivered, but it was no where to be found in our mailbox. They took my tracking number and the manager looked it up. She told me she'd be right back. She left and came back 5 minutes later. The manager took the time to go to the location where it was accidentally delivered and get it and bring it back. Definitely would not happen everywhere. I was really appreciative.”

“I’m puzzled as to why my experience at this UPS store is so vastly different from other posters here. I go to this store, on the average, every 2 weeks. It’s the closest one to me. Still, it’s a 40 minute trip one way. I have yet to see anyone impatient or unprofessional. What’s going on??? Do they see me coming in, send the meanies to the back of the store and bring out the nice ones??? A few days ago, I had 26 packages. All good. Some of the packages require they’re scanning a QR code from my phone. At times, I can retrieve the QR codes quickly. Other times, not so much. They are always helpful and patient. If it takes too long and there’s a line behind me, I tell them to go on to the next person, go to the end of the line and, while waiting in that line, I look for that darn QR code. I believe they are big time wasters for the store and me. Just my two cents.”
