“Orleans Post Office has always been nice and also helpful! But yesterday our mail delivery lady, Marina, saved the day! She recognized our missing dog Stanley the white Boxer/Mix (I'd given her the missing dog poster) on Gibson Road at Seavers and called the sighting in! That's when my son and his girlfriend captured the dog at 4:30pm. Thank you Marina!!!”

“I had a bulky item (dehumidifier) to return to Amazon. I brought it to the UPS store in Harwich Friday and they refused it because they couldn't scan my printed label. I then brought it to the Staples printing and shipping service yesterday and the young lady working there prepared the label and took the shipment. The young man took a cart out to my vehicle and brought the item in. Your two employees working in that section yesterday afternoon were very pleasant and helpful, unlike the UPS store. I will certainly use their services again when needed. I also bought two items for my printer and again received excellent service from another employee in locating them in the store.”

“I like our post office and it's employee's. I find it highly offensive that one of these reviewers says "antiquated power of aging female employees in his (or her) review, in reference to one or several of the female workers. I did notice that this person has done several extremely negative reviews and wonder if they are a highly intolerant and obnoxious personality. Maybe they were treated poorly, I cannot say, however, I have not ever been treated poorly there and I find the employees to be quite friendly and helpful. (Even if this were not so, their age and sex has nothing to do with their effectiveness at their job!!!)”

“I stopped by the post office today because my package stated it was delivered, but it was no where to be found in our mailbox. They took my tracking number and the manager looked it up. She told me she'd be right back. She left and came back 5 minutes later. The manager took the time to go to the location where it was accidentally delivered and get it and bring it back. Definitely would not happen everywhere. I was really appreciative.”
