“A family member recently became ill and I had to become responsible for all the financials. I walked into the bank distraught, One of the Tellers (Terri) explained since my name wasn’t on account she was unable to assist me but, recommended I speak with Ian Riley. Mr Riley was so kind. He took the time to explain to me the legalities and stated that the family member can appoint someone to help with financials. I immediately said he is sick not incompetent and Mr Riley calmed me down and took extra time to explain different options like having my name added to account or financial power document. I am grateful for Mr Riley’s assistance as he helped take one burden off me.
