“This place is hands down the best place to go for your auto body details for work on the car or a detail on your car. Great customer service, they got me in quicker than quoted and out sooner than quoted. They also detailed my car inside and out and got rid of a couple marks on my car for me with out charge. I did go through an insurance company because someone hit my car and they took care of everything I needed and more. They made it a smooth transition in and out. My car looked better than it did than when I picked it up from the dealership. I absolutely will be going back if I ever need to in the future. Amazing work, run don’t walk.”

“This review is specifically for Ben. If I could give more stars I would. We had a rough running engine. Ben used the plug in diagnosing machine to find out we had a misfire on cylinder 3. We went for the cheap option, just do the spark plug. Came home and didn’t have the correct plug socket. Back to the shop. Ben helped us find the magnetic soark plug socket we needed quickly. I returned home and replaced the plug. Of course it was the coil pack. We headed back to the shop and called Ben on the way. He had everything set up so we just needed to pay. He got us into the store just before they closed for the night, so this issue with our main vehicle didn’t bleed into tomorrow. In a landscape of indifferent service reps, it was really refreshing to have someone knowledgeable and outwardly helpful. Thanks for everything Ben. You’re a rockstar.”

“Called late Thursday from a recommendation …. Very welcoming and open to take on business. Had a small mount, balance and instal to the vehicle job and was told if I can be there Friday morning they would do their best to get it done asap and they did just that. Showed up Friday around 8am with my daughter, walked to Dunkin’ Donuts and hung around the shop/showroom…about an hour later they were done…. The job was done, the car was clean, old rim in the back wrapped up…. While I was there i noticed lots of customer coming in and out. All handled with respect and honesty of what they could for them. I would definitely bring another vehicle to Bumper to Bumper.”

“I had such an amazing experience at Everett’s Auto Parts! At the last minute, I lost air in my tire and stopped by hoping for help. They were able to get me an extremely affordable tire and had it put on so quickly truly the best experience I’ve ever had.
That day I had my 3-year-old son with me (I’m a single mom), and he fell asleep in the car right before we got there. When I went inside carrying him, the woman in the sales shop immediately told me to sit and relax while she brought over a representative to help me. I was so touched by their kindness.
Then, when I went across the street to get the tire put on, Danielle, the tire center manager, was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helpful while I tried to take care of my tired, cranky little one. Danielle is a great leader and made a stressful situation so much easier for me.

“I had to go to autozone to get some parts. Seemed like no one there could help me. They were either sitting on stools or counters deep within their cellphones. Non of them looked up to greet me. Other customers we're walking aimlessly through the store. They probably felt like I did,like we were on our own....
Couldn't find what I was looking for. Some old guy was running the registers. I was about to leave when this female employee saw my predicament and rushed over to see if I needed help. Within minutes I had what I came in for almost 30 minutes earlier. Her name was Stephanie. Made what was starting to be an annoyance to me to come here a pleasant experience. Seemed to me she was the only person that cared.If I wasn't retired and still had my company business,I would hire her away from this company. They don't deserve a good employee like her.This was at the Brockton store on Main St. She's definitely the smartest person there!!!”
