Not bad! Only things, 1) Need a more friendly staff. 2) Should provide larger pieces of Peppers and onions in subs. The piece are so small you can barely see them or taste them!

The service here is good. The food is just okay. The main issue I have is that the meat served is usually unseasoned. Depending on the sub you buy, they can get away with it but could be way better.

Awful.....multiple hairs in food. Money was given back. Free food was offered but denied way too much hair to even consider eating

Charley's is my fav "fast food". The fries are always hot and delicious and the chicken teriyaki is my fav sandwich. It takes a bit longer than McDonald's and such but it's cooked to order.

No quality control what so ever. I ordered a steak and cheese sub and the ultimate fries. I received regular plain fries and completley burn steak and cheese. How can it be given to a customer that way. Avoid coming here until you want to eat charcoal.

This place is nasty I went in to use the bathroom omg the area looks dirty where the food is made stuff on the floor it's doesn't look clean people on there cell phones n touch food . They need to clean this restaurant up before someone get sick eww!

I have to say soon as I walk in my order was taking. I had the cheese steak combo with fries the steak was nice and tiger the bun was light toasted and the fries were nice and hot and crispy.
