The first time I went into Kay’s was in the Braintree location and it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had and decided never to go back. I was searching for An engagement ring and the people in the Braintree location were so cold. I decided to take another chance again with Kay’s at the Brockton location and that’s where I met Georgia. She got to know me and my partner as individuals and not just another check. We have been going to Georgia now for over seven years and she was so welcoming and did not make me feel as if I was being judged because I didn’t know Jewelry or because I didn’t know what I was looking for. She didn’t try to play me. She treated me like I was human and I will always love that about Georgia. Because of her I have continued to go to Kay’s and buy Jewelry seven years later.
