“I am pregnant with a September due date. My fingers are swollen and I have not been able to get my rings off for the past few months. I believe it was Gregory and his father who helped me today. They were extremely professional and kind. My rings mean so much to me that I was distraught to have to cut them off, but the anxiety of potentially having them removed at the hospital was too much! I couldn't feel better about the experience. They took so much care cutting them off my finger. My finger is still indented over 9 hrs later so I feel that getting them off was definitely the best move. I look forward to returning to the store to get them resized in a few months.”

The woman who works there is a LOVELY kind lady, she’s very patient and she’s very sweet; I brought a very sentimental bracelet gifted to me by my nana (my dad had bought it for her and they have both passed away now so the bracelet means ALOT) she repaired it beautifully it looks like the day it got given to me, she also repaired a bracelet and a necklace from my boyfriend. I visited a few other jewelry stores while searching for something very special, but in the end, ROM’s was my final stop — and that’s where I made my purchase. In fact, I traveled all the way back from Texas to Massachusetts to make my final choice there. It was absolutely worth the trip, time, and effort.
