He gave me suggestions on how to proceed. I decided with a recut/polish of the diamond and reset. The outcome was beautiful. The woman who works there is a LOVELY kind lady, she’s very patient and she’s very sweet; I brought a very sentimental bracelet gifted to me by my nana (my dad had bought it for her and they have both passed away now so the bracelet means ALOT) she repaired it beautifully it looks like the day it got given to me, she also repaired a bracelet and a necklace from my boyfriend.
