“Everyone in there is fine I like to go in once in a great while to get a drink in moderation except for the one woman that for some reason always wants to punch in my birthday knowing who I am because I'm a regular and it's my civil right like anybody else so whatever the reasons I figured it was just some stories from someone, these things tend to happen. Other than that everybody else is very nice in there, I just assume it's time tied to some machine for those that overstep their boundaries in the wrong way and shouldn't hurt people that do nothing wrong to another person and have the same rights as everybody else, other than that I'm sure it was nothing big, I don't stress over that. ?”

“I love this place. The lady at the counter doing transactions and customer service is awesome to do business with. An unique feature of this store is a poster in the front door saying Not Allowed in Store. These pictures are printed off the security cameras and they tell the description of the shoplifters. I hope the Brockton Police handcuffs them and have their day in court. The location across from Hancock Field where sports facilities are located makes the neighborhood much family-friendly. Wine Basket is extremely close to 1 Pearl Street, my Adult Day Health Program called Vitra ADH and Hancock Field. Also, the bleachers are right at the baseball field in the rear of Hancock Field. We cannot hear me and my friends yelling BINGO! at Vitra during bingo hour from Wine Basket.”
“I accidentally dropped some cash on their counter when checking my lottery ticket. It was meant for a bank deposit and when I realized it was missing I returned to their store on the off chance I had lost it there. They returned it to me, explaining that they had checked their security video. They asked for and expected nothing in return.This kind of honesty and integrity is so rare these days. It would have been so easy to pocket it and tell me it wasn't dropped there, but they did the honorable thing.I hope everyone shops here. They have earned it. These are the businesses we should hope will be in our communities.”
