I have to have blood drawn every 3 months, and each and every time, my whole arm turns black and blue, I kept telling one guy he was hurting me, he kept saying, it's okay, it's okay, what a bruise I had next day, I'll look for another Quest.

No one likes to get stuck with a needle, but it is an important and necessary part of trying to stay healthy in your later years. I have never had a bad experience with Quest Labs. I have the app on my I Pad and I can schedule my appointment with a few clicks. The test results are available to me in a day or so, and the results go to my doctor electronically. The phlebotomists are very skilled and are always concerned about patient identity and confidentiality.

registered to receive an SMS and was waiting for it outside. Got the SMS and went straight into the office.
I then waited for 20 more minutes seeing other patients getting called in, and then when I approached the technician she said that she had called my name and since no-one came up she just went through with other patients.
That seems like a flaw in the way the process operates. They should continue to call the person that registered, scanned their ID WITH PICTURE, but for some reason hasn't heard, or maybe his name got mispronounced by the staff, before calling each next person. At least for the 3 next people that they call.
The registered person should not just get ejected from the queue, but be continuously placed at the top of it, to retry.

Think before going. What else are they doing wrong.
They took my blood on a rusty chair. See the pictures

Check in was quick at kiosk, shows wait time on screen. Was taken quickly in, used proper verifications and had results within 24 hours on app.

I got lab work at Quest. 2 hours after I left they called to tell me 2 of the viles, holding my blood, broke so I need to go back and have them redrawn. I went back the next day. When I walked into the waiti g room, there was a sign on the kiosk saying all appt were taken. No walk ins. I knocked on a window to explain the situation...no one came over. I slightly opened it and stuck my head in and said," I need to do my blood again because you guys broke mine from uesterday." A girl walked by the windo and gave me rude look and kept walking past me! I continued to knock and say the same think. Finally another walked out to call the next pt. I ran to her and she knew what I was here for because she was the one who drew my blood the previous day. She was very nice and appologetic. Now Im waiting on the results of the labs on the app. Ive had these test before and it doesnt take more than a day or two. The app keeps saying "in progress".
I tried to call Quest, but of course there is no way to talk to a human!! I went through all 9 prompts and none of them lead to a person, just a link to go to. That link brought me to download the Quest app!! The same app that started my question of were are the rest of my results!! So now I have to drive 45 min to that lab and pray when I know on the glass partition that I will be listened to and not just shrugged away!! On top of all that, my doctor says there site doesnt work when they try to get my results(that are done) to fax to there office, it doesnt work!

Extremely unprofessional staff who want to pick and choose who they adhere to policies for. Disgusting.

The blood-taking process was uncomfortable. Other than that it was easy to make an appointment that was convenient for me.

3 stars for being clean and polite, but when you need to verify if your lab order is in the system it's a pain. There is a phone number but fully automated so can't get answers. The only way to know if order went through is to either make an appointment or walk-in, wait to be called then told there's nothing in the system.
