I have been using this facility since 2018 depending on who is working you can get great service. Terry is awesome and tries to help out in anyway she can, the guys have always gone above and beyond.

Had Uhaul install a hitch/wiring. Not only was it installed incorrectly, and dangerously, but the installer managed to break every plastic trim piece and clip in sight on my 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen.

This location might be just fine--I won't know until I show up for my hitch install--but if you deal with UHaul, do NOT use the 800 number as you will end up with a call center that will lie and tell you that they are local. The agent scheduled me for an install at a time I couldn't make it.
