They will often bring down their prices if he notices something isn't in perfect condition. I always trust I'm being treated fairly and that they will find a fair deal for both sides when it comes to trade-ins or buying/selling. I've been back many many times and will continue to go back.”

“My husband and I brought our 2 year old for his first experience at build a bear. All the girls there were super helpful and sweet and so accommodating! My son just turned 2 a week prior so we ended up getting the birthday bear for only $2 because it was his birthday month. (You have to sign up to be a part of their club or whatnot to get discount)It was a fun little tradition we'll do from here on out for his birthday!”

“My husband and I went to buy buy baby looking for a stroller. Being first time parents we were completely overwhelmed by all the different options there were. Fortunately, a team member by the name of dolph gave us all the information we needed. He gave great customer service, answered every question we could think of and even gave us some stuff to think about in terms of what we might want in a stroller. He was very patient and kind, you could tell he really wanted to help, it relieved a little of the pressure of picking your first child’s stroller lol. If your in buy buy babys Braintree location. look for dolph, hopefully he still there. He was great and a big help for two newbies.”

“Always love spending time in B&N bookstore. During the Holiday shopping it was busy as usual. Considering this, my experience was good.Two hiccups fir future planning: 1) The cashier was new so didn't know how to add value to an existing gift card I bought on an earlier trip. I changed my mind and wanted to give person more. I has to buy a second gift card to achieve the value desired. It was Christmas eve so I didn't raise a fuss and gave two gift cards. 2) The middle desk had been being used to provide cashier services the day before. This changed Christmas eve, but no signs, so I spent about 10 extra minutes waiting there only to be directed to very long line at front of store.The good news is although not thoroughly trained the front of the store cashier's had the line moving rapidly.”

They are very fair when pricing their clothing and I love that I can buy more for less here. Other childrens consignment shops tend to price up too much, making it almost not worth consignment shopping… but not here?! Thank you for having such an amazing selection and prices!!”
