I finally decided to take into Ocean Honda of Brockton and my service advisor Kelson took me in right away even though it was really busy. He listened to my concerns with my vehicle and understood my frustrations. After a quick diagnostics, he identified the issue and helped clear the check engine light. Since then my car has been driving perfect, I appreciated Kelson's patience and willingness to make sure everything was taken care of properly rather than undermining my concerns. It is refreshing to receive customer service from someone who genuinely knows what they are doing and makes an effort to help, it took a massive weight off my shoulders. “I love Silhouette motors. I love the people that work there. I pretty much know everyone by names. They are so good to me very friendly and solve my problem when I have one with my car I’ve been dealing with them since my kids were very little. my kids are now in their 30s. I’ve sent a lot of my friends there to get cars, some successful some unsuccessful, but I will still go to Silhouette to get a vehicle since I’ve been dealing with them, I must’ve gotten 4 to 5 cars from them not all at once but did trade-ins because every 3 to 4 years I get tired of cars lol

Went out of their way to make this happen and went so far as to pay for a local transportation service to pick me up at Logan Airport to their dealership in Brockton. Shoe City Auto Sales specializes in unique vehicles, lots of Hondas and Toyotas with low mileage and in great shape. In my case I was looking for a late model Honda CRZ with high options and low mileage. I will probably go back when I'm ready to upgrade my Toyota tacoma.”
