“We've purchased 2 vehicles from Bob here. They were both cheap Jeep Libertys. 1 had a small brake issue, and was fixed immediately. The 2nd one had a bad motor. Bob literally (and I mean literally) ended up putting in 2 more different motors, till it was right. Was I out of a vehicle for a couple of weeks? Yes. Did I get it fixed for no additional cost, eating up all of his proceeds from the sale? Also, yes. When you pay $5000 for a vehicle, you get a $5000 vehicle. If you want a mint condition vehicle, go buy new. If you have an issue, and they fix it, be appreciative. Shit happens, and they seem VERY accommodating to fix any issues. Kelly Donahue Holbrook, MA”
