“Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thought my delivery was lost, turns out family member grabbed it and didn’t tell anyone. Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”

“Had been meaning to check out Costco after hearing about it from my neighbor over in Sandwich. I was fed up with another company that completely flaked on us, so when I called Costco, they actually picked up the phone right away. They were super responsive and took care of everything without a hitch... felt like they really followed through on their promises. The whole process was way easier than I expected, especially since I’m not exactly a pro at this stuff. Glad to have made the switch.”
“Good place to drop n hook. Can park overnight on the side of the road. Gate doesn't open until 6 a.m. sharp. Yard jockey is a huge help. One way only, through the north entrance and out the south.”

“Arrived what I thought was an hour early, they said 2 and a half... Either way gave me a door right away., Had me unloaded and on my way in just over an hour for 5 pallets. People weren't exactly friendly or unfriendly, but service like that who cares. Lumper was about average. Lot is roomy enough with room to manuever.. Of course there was only 1 other big truck.. If full could be a bit more difficult. Stop at stop sign and walk to end of building by door 8, receiving desk is inside by door 5.”
