“I used A1 years ago to fix some things on my 95’ GXSR 750 ( new ignition, jetting with dyno tune ) work was great! Brought same bike back there recently with self diagnosis after Mathew and the team looked it over was not my problem. They fixed it ,even fixing other unknown issues. Price was fair and my bike is running strong. Will be back next time I have a problem ??”

“Stop looking and go here. I live in Kentucky and I was traveling home from Boston and broke down on I-90 near Sturbridge. Based on the online reviews, I had my car towed to Five Star. They understood I was passing through and needed to get back on the road, so they took me right in. He diagnosed my bad alternator and called several parts stores until he finally found one. He had it fixed in record time and even cleaned and sprayed my battery terminals. You can tell he is a people person and cares about the customer in addition to being a fabulous mechanic. The price was very fair and service was outstanding. If I lived there, they would get all of my business. Please note: this is not an AI generated review!”

Brought my vehicle in for brakes and an oil change ... they walked me through exactly what needed doing, what could wait, and what it would cost before touching anything. No upselling, no mystery charges on the invoice, and the car was ready when they said it would be.

I've come here for all my car repairs, but this time just had a leaky tire and they squeezed me in so that I didn't have to worry about getting a flat while traveling. “My experience with fijols went great. Answered the phone and met my needs. This salvage yard will still let you go out back an remove a part from a junk car. As long as u call them an give em a heads up. Unlike LKQ over in Webster, there a corporate company, and have all these rules an laws! HELLO! It's a junk yard not the new York stock exchange. I bet you the CEO of LKQ grew up with a silver spoon in his or her mouth, and if he or she ever stepped foot into a junk yard, there 2000 dollar Penny loafers would be coverd

“Paul has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Quick story to show what a great guy he is: when I was younger and living with my mother (who had serious health issues) we lived up the road from his shop (about 1/4 of a mile). When I wasnt able to bring her car to the shop for her Paul would walk and pick up her car for her and once it was done would drop it off and walk back. You just wont find this type of thing with mechanics and certainly not the OWNER of the shop doing it.
Paul is an honest mechanic with service that is top notch. When I have something I cant do myself he is my first call. Don't hesitate to come here! If it was possible Id give 10 stars!”
“Originally went there for an oil change on a recommendation of a coworker. Have since been there more times while also calling for advice. They have been super helpful, caring, professional and respectful. The staff genuinely seem to enjoy working there as well as enjoy each other. That enjoyment reflects on how they treat me the customer. The place can get busy but I always feel they have time for the next person who walks in. Will keep going back for the next issues i have”
“My husband truck starter went well making a trip. We call around and everyone was booked. They told us the could squeeze it in. Once we arrived not even off the bed they pointed out some other this we where aware were wrong. We take the hour drive for them to fix it. Would definitely recommend.”
“First time here. Honda Civic, 2013. Starter was failing, and needed normal maintenance (oil, fluids, etc.). I showed up at 7am. They worked on it and I got it by around 9:38am. It was $923, +4% because I paid with card. The car works just fine. They give a 2-year warranty on the repairs. Labor costs were about the same as part costs, brand new part. There was no woman there (I'm mentioning this because of comments I read about some rude woman). They were polite, and the cost of the repair was within Kelly's Blue Book estimates. They also fix cars for the police. I'll try to remember to update you on how it goes months later! They have a place to sit, and a bathroom one can use. I drove about 24 minutes from Worcester, and I think it was worth it.”

“I would definitely recommend Michael's for your automotive needs. I recently went here to get a state inspection. The two people working at the time were very certious and started right away. My vehicle stays in a garage all winter so I asked if they could check the tire pressure. After the inspection, they added air to all four tires. When I offered a five dollar bill for them adding air, they refused saying "it's no problem. We want you to come back". I thought this was the definition of good customer service! Caring that the customer wants to come back again and treating you in such a way that reflects it. Overall I had a very good experience here.”
