“I've been taking my Motorcycles to A-1 Parts in Brookfield for Years. I've Never had a problem with the work done on my cherished rides. Today I picked up my Honda VTX 1800cc R, after they performed numerous tasks for me this week, that I'm no longer capable of doing myself. Everything was done exactly as I asked, and every task was completed perfectly, they even found + ordered some after-market parts I've been unable to find myself,, anywhere ! When I see or hear people complain about this,,, and that,,, costs too much, labor is too high,, blah, blah, blah ! I have to LAUGH, it's a BUSINESS, They need to make a BUCK,,, And I'm Glad they are in our area to do the work, and get it done correctly, and in a timely fashion. As I mentioned I picked up my "Beast" and it's now riding like NEW again, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks A-1 ,, I'm ready for the season thanks to you.”

“Mel is amazing & I would give 10 stars if I could. We had a dent in the Tesla front left fender & other dentless guys had said it was not possible do, and body shops wanted $3k for the repairs. In comes Mel & says "I can do this" - and I agree 100% that he was successful. Planning to call him for my other car asap.”

He's got a great big heart. We're the average poor family these days with kids and he has given us breaks because had we gone anywhere else we would have been paying a heck of a lot more. What Scott says is 100% trusted and there is no better place! He's a busy guy and it can take a while to get in for service. “Back in October of this year my car slowed down on the highway and would not change gears; I knew it was my transmission. I got to where I was going then had it towed to Globe Transmission, per my mechanic's recommendation. The next day I got a call back from Globe and was told it was not my transmission at all and was likely the catalytic converter, a much less expensive repair. I paid a modest diagnostic fee, had it towed to my mechanic, and spent less than a third of what I would have paid had it actually been the transmission.It is honesty like this that is not always common when relying on someone to repair your car. I highly recommend Globe Transmission if you have a transmission issue. You will be well taken care of!”

“Love southbridge tire co. Just moved here and needed a new oil tank. They came right out and gave me a good estimate and got the job done clean and fast and courteous. Came back a couple months later to fix my blower in my furnace. Again fast friendly service. When I find a good company I stick with them. It's hard to find good service these days”
“I am giving this place an excellent rating for the kindness and pity Brenda took on me! I was in a state of panic when I showed up after getting rear ended, Brenda calmed me down, helped me with the insurance steps and told me I needed a rental right away because my rear lights were smashed. She was right. Additionally, she had one of the mechanics bolt down my rear panel which was sticking out. I was not able to get my bodywork done there (they are so popular that they were booked out months!) but they will be the people I recommend to anyone.”

“Gagne's Garage is a family-owned auto garage with 20+ years in the Ware/Gilbertville/Hardwick township areas, which came recommended to me by another quality local shop, the Balicki family's Balicki Auto. I'm grateful to get local recommendations because it helps me build up local business with people who need and deserve it. The Gagne Garage is absolutely worth it. The proprietor, Gary, did his best to accommodate all the needs my busy life requires: I had to tow it there, I needed to approve over the phone without an invoice in hand, and I wasn't sure exactly what was wrong with my car. When I entered the Gagne garage, I was impressed by the size. From the road right by the post office, you can see up their street to their billboard, which is on the outer left wall from the front door. From the outside, the building is underground, which balances the heat and hides the large inside where work is done. In the office, I saw award after award for years of work. When he told me my car was driving like a Cadillac, I was so grateful to find that he was right. After a few days during the busy Memorial Day season, he got time to diagnose the problem with my car, get parts, do the fixes, and all for a price that stunned me by how much I had expected it doubled. All things considered, I pray nobody has to double their price just to make a living, or double their income just to fix a car. However, the work the Gagne Garage performed was so foundational in its expertise that I was certain I was getting something worth beyond however method they used to cheapen their labor and expertise to dollars. The feeling of trust you need in your car is priceless, and this team restored it for me. Thank you.”
