Brought my vehicle in for brakes and an oil change ... they walked me through exactly what needed doing, what could wait, and what it would cost before touching anything. No upselling, no mystery charges on the invoice, and the car was ready when they said it would be.
It's rare to leave a shop feeling like you weren't taken advantage of. These guys have earned my business going forward. If you're tired of dealership pricing and want someone local who does honest work, give them a shot.”

As long as u call them an give em a heads up. Unlike LKQ over in Webster, there a corporate company, and have all these rules an laws! HELLO! It's a junk yard not the new York stock exchange. I bet you the CEO of LKQ grew up with a silver spoon in his or her mouth, and if he or she ever stepped foot into a junk yard, there 2000 dollar Penny loafers would be coverd

My truck broke down while I was passing through, and I honestly didn’t know what to do. Even though they don’t normally work on semi trucks, they still took the time to help me. They didn’t just turn me away—they did everything they could to get me back on the road.
Everyone there was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping. They even helped me with a few things free of charge, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find people who are this honest and willing to help, especially when they don’t have to.
They saved me a lot of time, stress, and money. I’ll always remember how they treated me. If you’re looking for a shop with great people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend ADT Tire & Auto Service. Thank you again for all your help!”

“First time here. Honda Civic, 2013. Starter was failing, and needed normal maintenance (oil, fluids, etc.). I showed up at 7am. They worked on it and I got it by around 9:38am. It was $923, +4% because I paid with card. The car works just fine. They give a 2-year warranty on the repairs. Labor costs were about the same as part costs, brand new part. There was no woman there (I'm mentioning this because of comments I read about some rude woman). They were polite, and the cost of the repair was within Kelly's Blue Book estimates. They also fix cars for the police. I'll try to remember to update you on how it goes months later! They have a place to sit, and a bathroom one can use. I drove about 24 minutes from Worcester, and I think it was worth it.”

“I would definitely recommend Michael's for your automotive needs. I recently went here to get a state inspection. The two people working at the time were very certious and started right away. My vehicle stays in a garage all winter so I asked if they could check the tire pressure. After the inspection, they added air to all four tires. When I offered a five dollar bill for them adding air, they refused saying "it's no problem. We want you to come back". I thought this was the definition of good customer service! Caring that the customer wants to come back again and treating you in such a way that reflects it. Overall I had a very good experience here.”

“My sister and I asked Moe on a Friday afternoon if he could fit in an external wash and internal shampoo detailing for our sister-in-law-to-be's car as a surprise during her wedding weekend, to be ready by the next morning (morning of the wedding). Not only was he able to fit the car into his schedule on short notice (we dropped it off at 3:30pm), the car was ready as promised the next morning. The car was clean, dry, and smelled amazing. Even the clutter in the trunk was organized!
Amazing service, lovely people (Moe and Marcia), and a great price to boot. I cannot recommend them more :)”

“Very pleasant to work with. My car was damaged by another vehicle and Regin's towed it and stored it until the insurance company picked it up. The staff were incredibly kind and gracious the night the accident happened, advising me on my options on how to proceed. They went above and beyond. When it came time for me to pick up my belongings (my car was totaled) the woman who brought me to the lot was so patient and friendly. I was very emotional saying goodbye to my car and Regin's treated me like I mattered and like they understood what I was going through.”

“Gagne's Garage is a family-owned auto garage with 20+ years in the Ware/Gilbertville/Hardwick township areas, which came recommended to me by another quality local shop, the Balicki family's Balicki Auto. I'm grateful to get local recommendations because it helps me build up local business with people who need and deserve it. The Gagne Garage is absolutely worth it. The proprietor, Gary, did his best to accommodate all the needs my busy life requires: I had to tow it there, I needed to approve over the phone without an invoice in hand, and I wasn't sure exactly what was wrong with my car. When I entered the Gagne garage, I was impressed by the size. From the road right by the post office, you can see up their street to their billboard, which is on the outer left wall from the front door. From the outside, the building is underground, which balances the heat and hides the large inside where work is done. In the office, I saw award after award for years of work. When he told me my car was driving like a Cadillac, I was so grateful to find that he was right. After a few days during the busy Memorial Day season, he got time to diagnose the problem with my car, get parts, do the fixes, and all for a price that stunned me by how much I had expected it doubled. All things considered, I pray nobody has to double their price just to make a living, or double their income just to fix a car. However, the work the Gagne Garage performed was so foundational in its expertise that I was certain I was getting something worth beyond however method they used to cheapen their labor and expertise to dollars. The feeling of trust you need in your car is priceless, and this team restored it for me. Thank you.”
“Jake was recommended to me by Madhouse motors for welding a cracked engine mount on a 2024 Ninja 500ex. He was always quick to communicate over text and was incredibly friendly in person. The work turned out slightly more expensive than I anticipated, but after having a conversation with Jake about it I got a detailed explanation of what was done and why. Work was phenomenal quality and worth every penny - clearly someone who is passionate and enjoys the work! Will certainly look to Jake in the future for any other work that's out of my ability.”
