“Incredible experience at your store today. I went in for a few balloons and hadn’t given any advance notice. The two folks working the morning shift there were able to help me out while still providing great service to anyone else who came to their register. I didn’t get their names but it was a lady with curly hair and a blonde woman with some tattoos. I tried to tip them but they didn’t accept any gratuity. You all made a 5 year old’s birthday today! Thank you!”

I don’t know their names but the young man and woman who were closing tonight, 4/30/26 were so very nice and patient with my 4 young children. My 11 year old even said this is the only one she wants to go to now. Good job management for hiring and training excellent employees.”
