My partner and I had a terrible experience with the manager, Colin. We came in because my partner had been charged over $400 for calls that she made using WiFi calling while traveling abroad. In the most condescending tone imaginable, Colin informed us that WiFi calling only boosted signal and that you couldn’t just make a call only using WiFi. When I took my phone out, put it on airplane mode, and made a phone call over the store’s WiFi to show them that he was wrong, he got aggressive and threw us out of the store.
I knew there was a chance that we wouldn’t be able to get a refund, but after Colin’s incredibly aggressive and condescending behavior, we’re both considering leaving AT&T. We’re both teachers and really appreciate the educational discount, but not at the expense of basic civility.

This store is horrendous They have 1 great employee Cooper great kid. The manager however is an overzealous fool his name is colin. That overweight dirtbag sweats through his shirt and lies through his poorly brushed teeth. Yuck. Cooper is the one saving grace but if he’s not working your stuck with someone who’s breath is as bad as his attitude 🤣

The sales guys there were aggressive to an uncomfortable level. I just wanted a basic phone charger and an employee literally put a $40 one in my hand and asked how I was paying, when I never even asked for assistance. I left the store feeling grifted, but I didn’t care enough to refund it or leave a negative review. Then the charger stopped working properly after just a few months of careful use. Find any other store for phone accessories.

Jack, who helped me at AT&T, was very helpful. He helped me transfer my data from my very old iPhone to my new one and was very patient helping me troubleshoot.

I was an AT&T customer. I lost my phone and went to this store for help on 2/15/2024. I wanted to buy a new phone here. It was around half an hour before store close (at 7:30pm EST) and I had the unfortune of having to interact with the store's manager. He's very rude and condescending. He refused to provide any help, claiming that because I didn't have my device with me, he couldn't help me with anything. I asked about transferring my service to T-mobile. He just gave me my account number and did not tell me that I need to report a lost phone to AT&T or I need a transfer PIN. He claimed that with only my account number, T-mobile can help me with the transfer (of course that's not true; I had to visit this store again and call AT&T customer service multiple times to get this sorted). I left the store without a word. I went to the nearby T-mobile store and they gladly signed me on as a new client and sold me a new phone.
This store's manager needs to receive training on basic customer service, or get a new job because it seemed like he hated his current one and does not even both to hide it. Because of him, AT&T lost a customer.

I went to this location a couple weeks ago to get a new phone. I worked with Jack who was very helpful and told me that my iPhone X, even with damage, was worth a $350 trade-in value, which surprised me. He told me I could bring the phone back after wiping it to have this value added to my account.I came back today and spoke with Colin who told me they could only offer a $25 trade-in given the phone’s condition. I was depending on the lower monthly bill that was originally proposed to me by Jack. It was frustrating to hear that I was given the wrong information and that the numbers were so different.I then asked if I could put money down to reduce my monthly bill, which Jack had told me I couldn’t do if I did a trade-in. Colin told me you can only put money down at the initial purchase, so it was no longer an option. I’m not sure if this was just a huge error on the staff’s part or intentional but I’m feeling very disappointed with my purchase now.Had the trade-in value been accurately presented to me the first time, I would have done a down payment. I was also not made aware of the time frame on the down payment policy and so I couldn’t make an informed decision.I was initially very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. I would appreciate hearing from a manager to see if we can get this resolved as my monthly bill is much higher than I budgeted for. I can’t say I’ll feel comfortable resigning with AT&T in the future if this isn’t rectified.

Just want to commend Jack and Eliot at the 1329 Beacon St store for outstanding customer service, professionalism and courtesy during my recent visit. AT & T is fortunate to have them representing the corporation and they deserve to be recognized!

It was very unethical for the store rep to tell me that insurance was included in my purchase of a new phone, when in reality it was a 17$ monthly charge, I only noticed it after I did the math and realized I was being charged 1400$ for an 800$ phone over the course of 36 months. After confronting the rep about it, they then admitted that the insurance was separate. Shady stuff guys
