I went to this location a couple weeks ago to get a new phone. I worked with Jack who was very helpful and told me that my iPhone X, even with damage, was worth a $350 trade-in value, which surprised me. He told me I could bring the phone back after wiping it to have this value added to my account.I came back today and spoke with Colin who told me they could only offer a $25 trade-in given the phone’s condition. I was depending on the lower monthly bill that was originally proposed to me by Jack. It was frustrating to hear that I was given the wrong information and that the numbers were so different.I then asked if I could put money down to reduce my monthly bill, which Jack had told me I couldn’t do if I did a trade-in. Colin told me you can only put money down at the initial purchase, so it was no longer an option. I’m not sure if this was just a huge error on the staff’s part or intentional but I’m feeling very disappointed with my purchase now.Had the trade-in value been accurately presented to me the first time, I would have done a down payment. I was also not made aware of the time frame on the down payment policy and so I couldn’t make an informed decision.I was initially very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. I would appreciate hearing from a manager to see if we can get this resolved as my monthly bill is much higher than I budgeted for. I can’t say I’ll feel comfortable resigning with AT&T in the future if this isn’t rectified.

Just want to commend Jack and Eliot at the 1329 Beacon St store for outstanding customer service, professionalism and courtesy during my recent visit. AT & T is fortunate to have them representing the corporation and they deserve to be recognized!

It was very unethical for the store rep to tell me that insurance was included in my purchase of a new phone, when in reality it was a 17$ monthly charge, I only noticed it after I did the math and realized I was being charged 1400$ for an 800$ phone over the course of 36 months. After confronting the rep about it, they then admitted that the insurance was separate. Shady stuff guys

I came in to replace my old phone which was at the end of its life. Miaki (I think that was her name) was lovely and very very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and explained things well. And she was very personable, which is something I always hope for in a sales person or a customer service person.

I was having an urgent issue with my iPhone and the staff was able to very kindly resolve the issue within minutes of me being in the store. Very classy of them to help me in an ad hoc situation like that!

I had an excellent experience today at this AT&T store. The new manager, Colin, is WONDERFUL. Polite, thoughtful and very knowledgable. A pleasure to deal with. I bought a new iPhone and he helped me upgrade it. I will be back. Thank you, colin!

Nessa was an ABSOLUTE joy to work with! She did not give up on some issues I was having activating some iPads and remained a constant professional when others in the store weren’t. I would come back and get service from her at the location anytime.Might I add that she was also multitasking myself and other customers with such ease, not an easy thing to do when there are so many variables up in the air. She did this all with grace and levity. I can not sing her praises enough.I am going to keep it 5 stars but this store does need more than one person working at a time. It is unsafe and unfair to the employees.

Horrible store manager, did not accept my phone for trade-in told me to contact customer service. Added me to the most expensive plan without my consent. Added phone protection of $17 without my consent. Does not respond properly when asked with any questions! One of the most horrible experience I have ever had!

Today I came in with the intentions of upgrading my son’s Iphone. Not only did A T & T quickly get me situated, but they helped save money on my current plan. On top of this, our A T and T specialist, named Lindina, was brilliant. She was thoughtful, kind, and truly had the customers best interest in mind. I’m glad to have came by the Brookline location today and my iPhone needs have all been met.

People were polite, but I have been very disappointed at how limited they are in providing services and referring you to other office not knowing that they could not help.The customer service on the phone is very slow and incomplete. I spent 6 hours between waiting and talking and still didn't get the information requested.Sorry but this is true.

bad service, the guy took my cell phone anyway and threw it on the table without the slightest care and still hasn't solved my problem. my cell phone is a brand new iPhone 14 I found it disrespectful the way this guy did to me
