“I was headed to Martha's Vineyard and getting a late start. When I turned on my car, the low tire indicator was on for my front right tire. I drove over to Elias Audy's Mobile station on the corner of Cypress and Route 9. Even though both service bays were occupied, they were able to help me by pulling over to the side of the of the driveway and looking at my car there. I had a large screw in my tire which they removed and plugged, all in about 15 minutes and for only $20, and I was on my way! Amazing service and such kindness!”

“I was sideswiped by a bus with damage to my car, and my insurance company rightly pointed me to Hynes auto as a preferred auto shop. Hynes took care of everything in terms of assessment with the insurance company and turned my car around four days before schedule. Everything went very smoothly. I even asked them to help me fix something else mechanical on the other side of the car that I've been sitting on for a longer time that was not part of the accident. Their pricing was more than reasonable for this separate repair as well. Most of all I often dread going to auto shops, because of my worry about how they will treat me as a woman but here they were respectful, listen to me, and were responsive. And they are so proficient technically. Very much recommend the shop!”

“Got repairs in 2022. Did a good job with a bumper/fender repair for a reasonable price. However, there was one part of the bumper that was supposed to be left dark grey and for whatever reason they just painted over the whole thing in silver. Seems a bit sloppy in my opinion.”
