My father recently passed away and I needed to have his post mortem report notarized so we could go and get his finalized autopsy report. My only accounts are with Chase as are my families. I’d been to two other Chase banks (both couldn’t have been less helpful) before making my way to Brookline seeking help. Leticia explained that unfortunately they had back to back appointments for the day, but as she noticed my sense of urgency, she said she would see what she could do to help.
She proceeded to call multiple (non-Chase affiliated) banks in the area to advocate for me and my urgent request. Beyond this, she was unbelievably kind and even offered her sympathies on my father’s passing. After having two bad experiences at other locations who’d dismissed me without second thought, it was lovely to be helped with such warmth and understanding. I will definitely remember her kindness the next time I need to go to the bank!”
“That is very unfair that the latest reviews are 4,5 years old. Since then, at least 2 crews fully rotated. Previous "all-girls" crew was very nice and helpful. They even drove to my home to assist me with opening my business account. Now there is "all-boys" crew, also very helpful.”

I won't mention individual names because the staff have changed over the years and I have dealt with so many helpful people, from tellers to bank managers.Besides my own personal checking account, I, as Executor of an Estate and Trustee of a Trust, have opened bank accounts for those entities at this branch. I have also used their free notary services a number of times. They have helped me navigate necessary overseas transfer of funds, among other things. They have always providedwhen asked, good advice.Also, it makes me feel good to be recognized and called by my name whenever I enter.”
