Handy and friendly location for Brookline residents & businesses. If you are scent-sensitive I would avoid this location because they have multiple air fresheners going and it is quite overwhelming. You’ll smell like them for quite a while after a short visit inside.

Even trivial transactions take forever. They recently started requiring a cell phone number, so I have closed the account.

Milton at the Brookline village branch was a huge help with replacing a lost debit card and was willing to assist right before closing time when i came in, and he was very transparent + knowledgeable. Thanks Milton & team for the quick work saving the day!
