I called around to a few local banks regarding setting up Merchant Services along with Business Checking, and Sovereign Bank was the only one that went out of its way to answer all my Merchant Services questions before asking me to first set up a Business Checking account with them. Chris, the business accounts manager, truly cared that I understood all their services and associated fees beforehand. When I showed up for my appointment, the personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. This made me even more happy to go with this banking company. Although my personal bank account is currently with a credit union in another state, I would imagine that this is also a great place for personal banking as well.”
