Extremely happy with my new shades. John gave me great advice about which shades would work well in my new apartment in a senior living community. He came to measure the windows, and installed them two days ago. They look fantastic! I am so pleased with them, including the light darkening shade in the bedroom. I thought I would have to go to a very expensive brand to get a shade that I liked, but John suggested these less expensive ones, and I'm so glad he did. Carroll Window Shade is a family owned business and they are great!

Can't say enough good things about Carroll Shades. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and Tim Harris was a pleasure to work with. he really knows his stuff. Honest, competent, with a good eye for what works and what doesn't with shades and blinds. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Hunter Douglas top-down/bottom-up Honeycomb shade installation performed by John at Carroll Window Shade Co.! The process was seamless from start to finish, beginning with selecting the shade style and color (which we love), measuring the window, and then installing the shade. John's suggestions for the shade were exactly what we needed: maximizing the light in the room while providing privacy from our neighbors. John precisely measured the window and expertly installed the shade. He also came up with a brilliant fix for hanging our curtain panel (next to the shade) into the ceiling that we never could have imagined! It all looks so professional, cozy and beautiful. We would highly recommend using this company.

If you want old fashioned personal service Carroll Window Shade Co , a family run business, is the place to go. I have had indoor and outdoor blinds installed to my satisfaction. When I had a problem after pulling one of the outside blinds down it took no time to have it repaired and at no extra charge. Always pleasant, always ready to please!!

I never write reviews but John did amazing job! He was prompt and came prepared for the job described. I thought he went above and beyond than just trying to repair my shades. Did not unnecessarily replace parts to upcharge me. Price was as estimated. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and use this service again.

Excellent quality shutters, at good price. Excellent customer service (Sharon and Cindy). And great install crews (put a drop cloth when installing and leave the home as clean as when they come). Great price-performance ratio. We would give our business to them again, and again. Great job guys, one happy customer!
