Pharmacy is consistently understaffed. I have to wait 45+ min to pick up my medications.

400 Washington CVS had been closed (renovating / downsizing the space?) but has re-opened as of October 1. Clean space, smart and helpful staff, fairly quick to fill prescriptions, so far. Way better than 294 Harvard Street in every respect.
