“I don’t understand the poor rating for this place. I’ve utilized their tailoring and dry cleaning services and they are absolutely brilliant. They are consistently able to turn around large tailoring orders within a week. I really don’t know how they manage to do that. I’ve had everything from simple hemming to a leather jacket tailoring done by them and am completely satisfied. Some of my pants were hemmed a little short and they promptly fixed them at no charge. My wife has had about a dozen dresses altered to perfection. Rates are overall pretty reasonable given the prompt and excellent service. Kayla is wonderful and consistently professional. She’s so helpful and even tells us when it is best to leave things alone rather than risk ruining them. She always communicates clearly and politely. We are so glad this place exists in our neighborhood!”
