“Had an issue with our network on the printer we rent from Copy-Pro and Tim (the IT tech) was able to get on a remote session right away with me and solve the issue within a couple of minutes. Great service and a huge help to get us back online and going.”
“Great store for pen and paper lovers. Knowledgeable staff. The woman at the pen desk knew her stuff and recommended a pen I love and probably wouldn't have considered on my own.”

“University stationeryRight down the street from MIT is one of the oldest local, long standing businesses at some 90 years serving our area. I gravitate to these places which add so much character to the Boston area. Small yet strong through the unique better products they curate with a smile and maybe even a story of the Cambridge area they know so well.We will be back girls :)”
“Thank you!!! You have saved the day, week, month! Dennis did what other repair people said could not be done...he fixed my very old paper cutter. I highly recomend them for your repair needs.”

“I have been using Collins Office Systems for years, including an old HP Laserjet 1320 which Meti brought back to life! Recently Meti was able to fix a Brother all-in-one which had decided to break right when I needed it most. Meti found a part off of an old printer in his basement, thus avoiding the time it would have taken to order a new part. Thank you Meti!”
“Quality furniture with fair prices. 4 stars for the simple fact of salesman not honoring the website price. Listed for 249.99 on website, 399.99 in store. When I brought this to his attention he claimed it was for same piece, just not as in good condition. So, after I made the purchase it was immediately taken off the site. Hence there was never another couch in Norwood as he claimed there was. It's ok though, I ended up purchasing the matching chair which was priced at 299.99 and got the whole set for $570.00. my thing is this... Why lie to make a sale? Keep it real, your products sell themselves. We will return again, but will compare online price to store price first and order online if needed to avoid the b.s. -Great place, great products just cross reference prices online and in person before purchasing.”
“I see tons of people complaining about this place. I went in last night. Appointment was for 4:30am. Got there at 2:30am on a door right away gone by 3:20am. Staff was really nice and helpful.”

“It's a nice although small store filled with high quality useful items. A good place to shop for homewares for yourself or loved ones. Good source for woolens & utility brushes in particular.
Be aware they get very busy on peak shopping weekends, especially between Thanksgiving and Christmas - they make people queue outside to enter but even so the store gets very cramped. You need a bit of space to look around as it's not obvious where everything is located and some stuff is kind of hidden on the floor or tucked in a corner.
They have a good online shop but it takes a long time for them to process orders, a week normally and up to 2 weeks during holiday periods, and that's before the actual shipping. Don't bother waiting for a sale, they don't seem to do them.”
