Their phone is broken, so there’s no way to verify if they have the services they allege to. Unsurprisingly, they were unable to take passport photos because they were “out of ink.” Another location wasn’t able to because “the camera is broken.” Completely useless store.

New to the area, and this shipping center made a fantastic first impression! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient – they had my packages ready to ship in minutes. One employee even rushed over to open the door for me when I was carrying a heavy box. I'll definitely be a regular customer!

Although I have been always very happy with the service of this store and I mean great owner and crew, I was disappointed with extreme price increase when I paid $218.00 to mail a small envelope to Greece,
to only find out later that FedEx charged $98.00 for larger envelope to go to same address in Greece as above small envelope.
I tried to call owner and left message.

Great customer service! The team members are always in a positive mood and willing to help you. It really helps create a welcoming vibe. The team always works very fast, which is great given the high traffic location. I choose to come to this store specifically for the speed of service and team member support, even when there is another UPS closer to where I live. Great job!
