Rude and uninformed workers here. They do not know store policies and will refuse returns if you’re not of “certain” type. They acted like I am trying to return a counterfeit when I had an unopened box with receipt in hand of an item purchased on the same day. I’ve not had a good experience at Apple store in a long time.

Worse Apple Store. After my experience at this store, i don’t think I would buy apple products anymore. Sales person are arrogant, rude, entitled.

My experience at the Burlington Mall location was excellent
Well organized , streamlined process.
Not only did they resolve my issue , they went above & beyond to assist me. ( shout out to Alex & Sachi! )
Icing on the cake , they were so pleasant & patient.
Defintely recommend

Went in for a battery replacement and lost all of my apps and deleted my ESIM. Very poor outcome

I was placed on hold for 15 mins while the store specialist presumably was looking to connect me with a supervisor because I want to lodge a complaint. And then the call dropped! This experience is certainly far from positive, and not something I would have expected from Apple. For context, I had purchased 3 items online earlier this week. I got an email that two of the items are ready to be picked up while the 3rd item would be ready for pick up next week. I called the store to let them know that I can't make two trips to the store (15 miles each way) and requested the specialist to hold the 2 items so I could pick up all 3 next week. After 20 mins, she said she wouldn't be able to do that. And then after placing me on hold for another 15 mins she dropped the call! Makes me wonder if Apple is losing it's touch!

I lost all of my account information for an iPhone that I hadn't used for a few years. While trying to guess, I got locked out. The phone said that the phone was now locked to the owner.
I tried different software that claimed to recover and or reset iPhones by connecting the phone to a computer and running the software, I even paid for one to access advanced features... none worked.
I walked into the Burlington apple store and was quickly given an appointment with the Genius Bar which is their onsite tech support department. Within 20 minutes I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional employee. He explained what he was going to do to recover access to my phone and asked for permission to do so. It took about 15 minutes for the whole process which was successful. While he fixed the problem we talked and I found him to be very knowledgeable while also being quite fast at the rphone recovery process.
*** Just a heads up, before they are able to regain access for you, you have to show proof of ownership by providing them with the original purchase receipt. I was lucky since on my other phone I was able to pull up the email receipt from two years ago which was all the proof of ownership that Apple needed.
This is a busy location and yet all of my interactions with employees were relaxed, professional, and pleasant.

Each employee in the store is so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Bill the manager. Bill could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to help me with my iPhone. He is amazing! Yesterday, I had to return because my phone carrier messed with my new iPhone. Bill came right over and corrected it. Great guy.

I was at the Apple Store today to figure out whether I needed a new cord or a charger for my IPad, which was purchased at this store. I was made to wait for twenty minutes while other customers came in after me. Still, no one was sent to assist me. Finally, I left and another store in the mall, IFix and repair was able to assist me. It was the charger. I will not purchase another Apple product due to their inconsiderate behavior.

I like all Apple stores. Organized. Great products. Solid service. But my mate ‘Adrian’ (coincidence!!) was above and beyond great at this store - he walked me through options and a tedious phone data transfer and was funny and kept the process going.
