My MacBook Pro screen suddenly stopped working w deadlines for work. As per usual there are never any appointments available for help( because Apple products are really not that great anymore) It is astonishing that of the most wealthiest companies in the world offer such poor customer service to their loyal clients of 10+ years and thousands of dollars spent to be greeted with a pretentious 20 year old with an attitude that sorry it's Friday afternoon and no one can help you remedy or find out what you need even if your going to buy a new $2000 replacement..... but you can make an appointment on Tuesday. This makes me want to go back to PC. Because how can one make an appointment that they don't know they need until something goes wrong.... And I need to do it today. Standing here in the store there are sales persons standing around dancing to the music, but no one is available to assist in giving them more money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a reservation 1045 that was booked thru Apple Support. First the store said they couldn't find my appt. Then it was it is sales not Support appt. When I asked if I could drop it off and return for it I was told it would take 20 minutes for paperwork, really on an open case that I'm already in the system for? For an issue that would take less than 10 minutes to fix? I was told I'd have to wait 2 hrs for a walkin appt. I had an appt and open case corporate made this shouldn't be how Apple handles things. The customer service is awful.

Never shop or have services at this location. The managers, Cindy Jesse and Deanna make false or inaccurate statements and back pedal. Scheduled an appointment for service week ago. Show 5 minutes early wait in line to be told they don't have me. Then it was oh you did sales not services. Not there either. 2 hr wait for services. The Apple Support Scheduled this and there's an open case. Then they said 15 minutes for paperwork but it'd be an hr wait b4 they can do that to take the laptop. Which was a lie when I finally saw a tech. Ashley then went on to say it's going to take an hr to load os. This is because she went on her break while I'm standing waiting for this

I came in with my mom to get her Apple Watch working again after not updating, Joan helped us and was awesome. After months of attempting an update on her watch, it finally worked after Joan reset it. We’re very grateful, thank you Joan!

The wait for repair check in was a little bit long. But over all service was great.

My Apple menu bar went missing and I tried to fix it for a number of hours when I finally decided to visit Burlington Apple Store. I told the young man the problem, he then went to speak with another employee, came back and said it would be a 3 hour wait. I waited 2 hrs. & returned to see where I was on the list. He said it would be another 3 hrs. before they could take me. (There were employees walking around doing nothing, but he said they were only sales people even though one of them waved me towards them!). I then said that any employee could fix this problem in 5 mins. & that he said 3 hrs. before and added another 2 hrs. He said that original 3 hours was only an estimate!! I said I was an Apple customer since 1994. He didn't care, then I said that I could not wait that long, his reply Ok and turned his back and walked away without giving me a single alternative. I came home, contacted Apple Community and received an email giving me 5 steps. I had already exhausted the first 4 prior to going to Burlington, so I tried the 5th step and bingo my Apple Menu Bar reappeared. This 2nd part of the encounter occurred yesterday Sept. 9, 2023 at approximately 3:00 P.M. and he was the person at the front of the Burlington Store making appointments if Apple personnel are interested in investigating this matter. Thank you for this forum.

I scheduled an appointment at the Apple Burlington store to replace an iPhone battery. I went to Apple Burlington at my scheduled time. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to tell me that it would be a long wait to have the phone repaired and the store manager asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day. I scheduled an appointment with uBreakiFix at the Burlington Mall. I arrived for my appointment and they completed the repair within an hour, while I had a coffee at the coffee shop next door.

I had outrageously bad experience in that store. I traded my iPhone for a new iPhone14 for a $200 promotion from T-Mobile.They took my old phone and did not sent it to T-Mobile. I never got my $200 promotion because T-Mobile never received the trade in.My old phone was technically stolen by this store. This transaction happened in the end of March and now it’s the middle of July.I called the store three time and the problem is not resolved. This is very deceitful and unfair business practice.

Went into apple to get my screen replaced. They stated they couldn’t fix my screen and handed me back a phone in 3 different pieces and said they couldn’t even put it back together. My screen was even more shattered and they attempted to put a plastic film on it. Never once did they warn me that the possibility of not being able to put it back together was something that could occur. They took zero responsibility for their negligence. A manager Dan got involved and he further escalated the situation in the worst way. He was condescending and threatened to have me removed from the store because I asked to have my phone put together again and accused me of escalating the issue when I kept my tone the same and they simply didn’t like that I didn’t agree with their policy. I have the right to be mad that my phone was given back in worse condition than it was brought in. On top of that I waited the full hour to come back and pick it up for them to tell me they can’t fix it when they had a different number they could’ve reached me at as soon as they found out they couldn’t fix the phone. It was super unprofessional and disheartening. We wanted to purchase an apple desktop but after this experience, I never want to have an issue with my computer and have to deal with them. I much rather go to Best Buy and deal with geek squad with a windows desktop. Apple employees feel superior than other products when in reality they’re glorified technicians with very little REAL technical knowledge.

Employees were so nice from the get-go. Cort helped me out with my battery issue and answered every silly question I had. Sam helped me with my new computer and was so so kind. Honestly both deserve a pay upgrade for their service.

Worst Apple Store ever!!!!!! 15 apple employees but only 5 were helping costumers the rest are just talking and laughing have a good o’l time. The young Asian girl ( no name tag so I don’t know her name) at the front was the worst. she with the biggest smile on her face told me no one could help me with my phone.

Went in to get a new phone we had ordered from the lynnfield store. Some girl associate came to help us then as phone was backing up, she said she'll be right back. 15 mins later, we see her with her coat and headphones on, leaving on the other side of the store. No one tells us anything and eventually we tell this other associate the deal and he sends us on our way with the new phone. Unreal this lady just left us and Didnt say a word or send anyone else over. Apple products and services have been going down for a long time now. Glad I left the apple ecosystem.

The staff is nice and friendly; sometimes they will help briefly answer questions you may have even not related to their job description. You also definitely want to use Macs over average Windows laptops because security on Apple hardware + software is just night and day better. When configured properly, a MacBook is basically impenetrable by outside attacks while you can't even encrypt most Windows devices that don't come with a built in security chip. This means someone could do something simple such as stealing your SSD, plug it into their own computer, and download all your data. There are many technical reasons why security chips are more effective at encrypting your data but you'd think Windows 11 could do at least do software encryption on devices that don't contain the chip. An obvious implementation is to simply hash your password into a cryptographic cypher that encrypts and decrypts roughly the same way security chips work. One thing I noticed is that if you go in for an AppleCare Repair on a Macbook, you want to try to convince them to ship your device to a repair center for as little upfront monetary commitment as possible. The store has very limited capacity to do diagnostics so they often miss things, get things wrong, and misquote you. One time they tried to charge me a $299 deductible when a $99 deductible covered all the repairs, including a replacement screen and fix to a Thunderbolt port.Eventually I convinced them to send the device on a $99 commitment, because as always if the repair center determines that you need to pay more, they'll ask you by email so you could submit the payment online. If I originally agreed to the $299 deductible up front, I doubt I would have gotten any extra repairs or gotten the $200 back.

Visited late afternoon weekday. Not crowded. Employees there look idling. I wanted to check some stuff but nobody would help me or even looked at me. They seems just waiting for the shift ends.
