And the 2 gentlemen, one of them the manager and the other an associate, were very transparent and led me to decide on the TVs I needed at the end, based on what I thought in the beginning. Everyone and every day is different, but I forgot the names specifically. If I could remember them, I would say the 4 stars had to do with their service: spending over an hour chatting about features and their complimentary in my space. There's no commission, and it's pure good customer service. There's stuff in there, overpriced like a wall mount. And a close person I had picked up the TV from said they didn't have a good experience, but luckily, I had their name on the pickup, so they could figure it out. Also their computer section could be built up more with barely an Apple computer setups. And one of the parts of the computer setup had a faulty alarm going off everytime touching the mouse to test the product. That’s why it wasn’t a full 5 stars.”
