“Desperately went into T-Mobile in Burlington to change my service from AT&T, due to a technical issue on my line that AT&T, both in store and on the phone, could not fix for 3 days. Christian H. Spent about 30 minutes with my phone, and got my AT&T service back on. No pressure to switch or buy. Just an absolute solid effort at customer service! If I could start from scratch, I’d go to T-Mobile in a heartbeat. Ask for Christian!”
“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”
“I usually spend a lot of time on electronics or furniture. And the 2 gentlemen, one of them the manager and the other an associate, were very transparent and led me to decide on the TVs I needed at the end, based on what I thought in the beginning. Everyone and every day is different, but I forgot the names specifically. If I could remember them, I would say the 4 stars had to do with their service: spending over an hour chatting about features and their complimentary in my space. There's no commission, and it's pure good customer service. There's stuff in there, overpriced like a wall mount. And a close person I had picked up the TV from said they didn't have a good experience, but luckily, I had their name on the pickup, so they could figure it out. Also their computer section could be built up more with barely an Apple computer setups. And one of the parts of the computer setup had a faulty alarm going off everytime touching the mouse to test the product. That’s why it wasn’t a full 5 stars.”

“Second visit to Q Car Care, both exceeded my expectations. Matt easily accommodated multiple scheduling changes and kept me in the loop regarding my car’s status. Vinny is truly a master detailer - I will not let any one else touch my cars. I have own my 93 964 C2 for 17 years and I’m very confident saying it has never looked better after Vinny’s work last month. I am a life long auto enthusiast and therefore have developed a decent attention to detail. Vinny is the real deal.”
