We have been members of DCU since it first started. We have always liked them and everybody is friendly. Their services are good and their rates are very good. A great bank to deal with. We were able to get a special loan for a used car that we were not able to get that some other banks.

I've had to come here a few times for some quick things, always efficient and in and out. One day, I had to do quite a few transactions including a loan and it was all done within twenty/thirty minutes. It was one of the best experiences and the two women that helped were phenomenal!

I have been a DCU member since 1987 and I want to know what the hell happened to the fine institution I once knew. Recently my sister, also a member, worked with the Burlington office to buy our family home which had been in trust. The level of incompetence, delays and misses I observed over 5 months was mind boggling. Even the group they had do the closing were buffoons with the pièce de résistance being that with all the many many documents and releases they had in hand, they still managed to merge my name with my brothers on his distribution check.... I am very very seriously likely to pull all my business and find a credit union that still cares about customer service. BTW, not a "one off", as several years ago I had to spend hours with the "Burlington" crowd straightening out the mess they had made of my mothers accounts when my dad passed.

Careful with this fly by night operation. If you are a dealer don't trust their checks. Had a returned item a week later that they chose not to fund based on my endorsement the exact way my bank always wants it done.

Such an amazing and outstanding branch, I had opened a loan with the company for the first time ever and they made the process so seamless and also had such great rates. They had such a great group of member service reps and managements. But the tellers, dont get me started on the tellers if I were to go into detail about how amazing the tellers are at this branch I would be writing a whole book. They are so helpful and sweet, especially the new one they have he is such a genius and kind young man that single handingly helped me with all my banking issues. Very Impressive. Overall just an amazing experience. Only rating it 4 stars because theres always room for improvement.

I have been banking with DCU for well over 17 years at this point. This branch is the worst I have been to. I have never felt disrespected trying to withdraw funds. Manny or whoever the branch manager i is I will be filing a formal complaint .

Yes we got a little snow but...Please! Trying to make a loan payment and people just keep pulling up and driving away. No body in thre bank!

It was my first loan ever and DCU made me feel comfortable getting a loan for a car, they even made the dealer go down on the price of they car.

This is not for the branch...I have an auto loan with DCU, I moved and changed insurance. You are to upload your proof of insurance to them, understandably. I uploaded and the system acted like it didn't receive anything. They went ahead and bought insurance for the car and added to the loan. Now I'm paying for 2 insurances. I followed all the steps, they have a video, and it was to no avail. I decided to just pay off the loan and they said I need to speak to a loan specialist and it'll take 3 days for them to call you back...guess who's not going thru this hassle again...they have just lost a customer‼️

Over the phone customer service was terrible they kept transferring me to the same people back and forth, they couldn't fix my issue with my card because they didn't know how or just wanted someone else to do it. Had to go to the bank to get a new debit card. Also they don't do currency exchanges which is annoying.

Went in here today at 4:15 to withdraw money. There were 5 people behind the counter when I walked up. All of them getting paid to be there. Not one of them acknowledged me or said I can help you over here for at least 30 seconds. I was the only one in line. So I pulled out my phone to capture what was happening and the guy on the end aggressively agreed to take me. He was extremely rude and didn't even say anything to me like "how can I help you today, or what can I do for you, or even have a good day." Really??? Just wow!!

I had Jason G as the representative at Dcu in Burlington he was very informative polite made me feel welcome and a variable customer. Helped me and my issue was resolved.Walked in with a problem and left with a ? ? ?
