I’m about a month new with DCU and so far my experience has been fantastic though I have to point out one employee that was purely an asset! I was in the Burlington branch and Mercia helped me seamlessly! And even helped me do some things I didn’t know that could be done ! Mercia is truely an Asset to DCU ‼

Several calls to the loan center resulted in a delay in my loan. Came to the branch and was helped by Sokonthea. She was able to quick rectify the situation, set up my member account and made my in person transaction experience as smooth as possible. Looking forward to doing more business with DCU in the future.
