The rooms were clean, the gym is in good condition. The pool is closed indefinitely, which was a sad surprise to my family. There was a large youth soccer group at the hotel which was pretty rowdy and annoying in the late evening. People leaving their bags of take-out trash in the hallways (and the mouse running down the hall) could be prevented by some trash cans at either end of the (very long) hallway and somewhere in the middle. Also while there-- had someone else charge their dinner and drinks to our room twice. We contested it and the hotel staff took it off our bill, but be aware and check your bill!Nearby activities: Very close to a large mall just across the highway.

Room was fine. Comfortable and consistent with other HGI's. Bar/restaurant was a real disappointment. Service was fine, but the food was mediocre at best. Numerous things that were on the menu were not available. Credit card machine not working, so cash or room charge only, but they failed to disclose that up front. Glass of wine I had was spoiled, had a very off taste. Will stay at a different Hilton property next time I am in the area.Edited to add: It really wasn't necessary for you to take all my food charges off my bill, but I appreciate that you did. I also appreciate your follow up, that does suggest a high level of customer service and perhaps validates that this was a one time occurrence.

Just checked in and so far it's a hard no to staying here again. The location is great, but that's all. Arrived late and the overnight staff confused us immediately. I exclaimed I just needed the room keys as I was driving all night. Computers were slow and it took longer than it should have. Once we got in our room we noticed a poo stain in the toilet and it would not flush. Tried multiple times and had to call the front desk and switch rooms. Quite frustrating as it is now 330am.Breakfast buffet is not complimentary as in most hotels(we travel almost every other weekend for sports, up and down the east coast). It's $18 per person for eggs and potatoes and some sausage links. My fault for not seeing the signage which I still haven't seen(I'll check later). $18 is absolutely ridiculous. The outside looks good. The inside of the rooms are old and out dated. The pool is outdoors and closed in the winter months. My wife and I contemplated switching hotels but with kids it's more work than it may be worth. I'm hoping the rest of this weekend is smooth but this is probably the last time I stay here and I'd advise you stay elsewhere even if it's another $30 a night.....

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I think I made a bad choice in rooms, it was awkward, but I did that and didn't raise the issue. It was an accessible room, and I didn't need that, it was my choice. Food was good. Breakfast costs $17 extra but is a decent buffet. Scrambled eggs were somehow dryer and therefore less good than at most such buffets. Also had fruit, cereal, home fries, and a meat, as well as juices, coffee, tea. Dinner choices are somewhat limited, but they are good. My room was only cleaned once in five days, and they only seemed to replace towels. I understand places do this less, but still it seems I usually get more room service at similar hotels.

UPDATE:Spoke with Manager - corrective action was taken as well as assurance provided future visits would be free of such negative experiences - guest-centered approach to Hospitality - very professionalWe were welcomed to stay again this weekend to give location another try - will update following our stayHousekeeping, Maintenance, Buffet Staff, PM Front Desk all very nice, hardworking, accommodating professionalsHotel is finishing up renovations - not too disruptive except pool being shut down in meantimeLocation is kind of hidden but convenient to Rte 95 - being on side road is challenge in snow as side streets aren’t as well cleared in Burlington as main roads - being off main road has benefit of being quieter, less busy which is niceNoteworthy details: Manager very professional - guest-centered approach to Hospitality - also, understands & respects industry from varied perspectives having worked her way through other roles - went above & beyond to resolve issues

Pretty basic room. It's a bit dated but comfortable. Bathroom was small and towels were somewhat worn. I might opt to stay somewhere else next time.

House keeping comes early and bangs on your door at 8am on a Sunday morning to get you up to leave! When we addressed him on the issue, he just smiles and said thank you or no worries.

Location is peaceful and not over crowded. The staff is kind and accommodating. Unfortunate that the TV’s are locked, so you cannot hook up travel streaming devices.
