Every time I walked into his shop, he had one of the most inviting personalities I've come across, but aside from that was his vision, his attention to detail, and his flexibility. I wanted to design a ring for my wife as opposed to buying one at a larger jeweler. From day 1, he was quick in hearing what I was looking for, and putting that into a sketch design of what it would look like. He and I came up with a plan for the metal, the total carat size, and the quality of the diamond. Later on when the engagement ring was made, we also made a plan to customize a wedding band that would fit exactly with the design of the engagement ring.
