“Decided to stop by while I was at the mall for a phone case and some other things and I needed my watch battery replaced for the longest time. The guy running the show was very polite and was able to handle working with me and two other clients at the same time. Battery was replaced efficiently, no issues. Will most likely return with my other high end watch to see if he can fix a piece that came loose inside the face. I'll be back”

“Mr. Saad did an absolutely amazing job engraving a pocket knife I brought him!
He was able to get it done for me in under an hour (the same day). The pocket knife was small (3in blade). He was able to engrave a name in small block letters just as I requested and it came out perfectly!! Exactly what I wanted. Mr. Saad was very helpful and friendly. Anything I need engraved in the future, will be brought to him.”
