The fitting rooms require a sales associate to unlock. I stood there for quite some time not knowing this. Then a sales associate (young woman with a nose ring) walks by me with another customer and unlocks a room for her. No acknowledgment of me at all. Thankfully another room opened up as someone came out, but the sales associate continued to ignore me and did not look at me or say anything as she walked by me again and left the area. The sales associate may not be in the right line of work if she is incapable of acknowledging customers. The poor experience made me consider leaving the fitting room and the store without trying on or purchasing any items.

I bought 5 long sleeve tee shirts since September. Some of the them took a long time to arrive. The earlier ones were made in Bangladesh and the later ones in Guatemala. The Bangladesh ones are heavier and nicer made. I probably won't be ordering anything else from them if they are reducing the quality.

My primary reason for visiting was to make a return of things ordered online. That process was very very slow. The second reason was to try on some similar things at the store and nothing I was interested in was available at the store. So I ended up driving home and ordering online again

The good:
Attentive and knowledgeable staff.
The Bad:
The sizing is inconsistent lately. The bathing suit quality has really gone down hill. The fit is bad, the fabric is thin and not sewn well. The bathing suits sold in the past were well made of quality fabric, but no more.

My second time purchasing a quarter zip fleece from Lands' End. The quality of their clothing is excellent. You can wear them every day and the fabric stays like new. The prices are fair compared to LL Bean and other competitors, and you don't compromise on the quality. There are great Black Friday deals, too. I would highly recommend purchasing daily wear and jackets from here.

I like the shirts but when I see a discount for a percentage off, they choose on what you can use it on. Now they want top dollar.
Customer service on phone has gone down hill. They are a Company multimillionaire company. Shirts I used to get for $20 and now $50.
I’ve been getting Lands end a couple times a year for over 30 years, and they still can’t keep my birthday straight to get that little bit of discount. I’m tired of arguing with them. Too many hands on the computer are messing up!

I used to love Lands End, but the lack of free returns makes it impossible to shop there anymore. I need to be able to try on clothes/shoes and return what didn’t fit. So sad.

Liked the Lands End products but shipping costs and returns cost way too much. No more Lands End for me as I paid $16.00 to return something.

I can’t believe the quality of lands end has come to this. They made the most beautiful, comfortable women tee shirts. I only buy from lands end. I just received my usual yearly package of 6 Tee shirts and find now that they are Walmart quality. They are stretchy nylon like material, instead of the supima cotton. Yet they charge more for these awful shirts. What’s happened to Lands End? Now after all these years I have to find a new place to purchase clothes.

I love Lands End and always shop here when in town. They have the best quality clothes not like the thin stuff at O.N. I especially love the swim tees. I've been wearing Lands End for 40+ years.

I have always used this store solely as an entrance to get into the mall from outside, ignoring all overpriced & ugly merchandise in between. However, the smell of this store is so rotten and unbearable, I can no longer use this establishment as an extended door mat! It reeks of left over cauliflower farts & rancid dead mice. Could this mark the END of Lands End?

Why won't Land's End claim responsibility for providing toxic uniforms to Delta flight attendants? They put on your uniform then they got blisters rashes and cancer. Do the right thing.

Returned a fleece pull over as the sleeves were falling apart. They took it back and I thought they would either fix it or replace it. In stead they sent me $5.00 gift card for it?☹️ I am done with Lands End. LL Bean has much better quality and customer service.

I order from them a lot and always find myself wanting to check out their website after receiving their catalog. However, it’s crazy how you can get the catalog then immediately go to the website and the item is either sold out completely or not even available in the search. You need to put in the exact name of the item or you will not find it. For example: searching bikini bottoms will not show all bikini bottoms as expected. That specific striped one that you happen to be looking for will not be displayed. It’s so hard to find anything on their website, shipping costs are painfully archaic and the price on the same item is different depending how you search for it. I’ve actually searched for the same item on lands end several different ways and got multiple prices on it. Naturally I chose the least expensive option but come on! Please make your system more user friendly!
Also want to add that the shipping is painful. You place an order, then not get an order confirm until 2 days later that they’re working on it. 4 days and still hasn’t shipped yet? Then when they do finally ship, it’s like UPS Ground that takes another 5 days. I get things from China faster than this.
