Still trying to eliminate the horrible smell. I washed it …. Washed it again using a blow x of baking soda in the rinse!! Hung it outside after starting the drying process in the dryer!! This duvet cover still smells!! Although it looks nice the smell is tough!!!!! Horrible product!!

I was shopping yesterday and it was busy but I asked an associate for the location of a product. I could not have had better service if the store was empty. She went out of her way to find chinos. You should be proud of your employees at the Burlington Mall Lands End!

Went looking for a winter coat for our daughter. Was able to find one she liked. Price was high as expected but 40% off made a nice savings. We will come back next time we need a coat for her.

Clothing store for men, women, and children in the Burlington Mall. Clothing is mostly casual. Some jackets in the winter and swim suits for the summer. There is an outdoor entrance.

Very very very SLOW shipping! Don't expect your order to arrive within a month or maybe never despite paying full price and being promised by landsend for reasonable delivery time. Won't be ordering from landsend again. Disorganized company... clearly struggling with full filling orders

I am handicapped and was excited to receive the new Land's End catalog. Upon calling the online number, I was advised the cost for shipping is $7.00, and, if it is necessary to return anything, the cost is another $10.00, unless you purchase $99.00 worth of merchandise. Seventeen dollars can go for groceries! There are much better options for shopping. CEO, Jerome Griffith, should care about the handicapped, and inflation!

I order from them a lot and always find myself wanting to check out their website after receiving their catalog. However, it’s crazy how you can get the catalog then immediately go to the website and the item is either sold out completely or not even available in the search. You need to put in the exact name of the item or you will not find it. For example: searching bikini bottoms will not show all bikini bottoms as expected. That specific striped one that you happen to be looking for will not be displayed. It’s so hard to find anything on their website, shipping costs are painfully archaic and the price on the same item is different depending how you search for it. I’ve actually searched for the same item on lands end several different ways and got multiple prices on it. Naturally I chose the least expensive option but come on! Please make your system more user friendly!

I am a new customer to Lands End. In December I ordered online women’s pj bottoms. Tried them on and the leg seam was torn wide open on the seam. I called and they sent me a label and I waited 5 weeks for the return credit. Additionally they stated they would credit the shipping cost and when I received the credit, they didn’t credit the shipping. I had called and verified the refund info on three occasions and was told the refunds took weeks and they would credit the shipping. Not impressed. Nancy

Today I was at the Burlington mall and parked I front of lands end. As I walked from the outside of your store to the inside of the store in the mall. the Lady that works there said to me and my Daughter are not allowed to walk threw the store to come into the mall. I literally just started to shop there last week as im walking by I wanted to make sure that a shirt is still there when I leave the mall to come back. lady was very rude. And I was harassed by her. Please address. I will be back for my purchase and need to know if she was fired.

Do not buy from this company - they sell your contact info to 3rd parties and their billing and shipping policies are from the dark ages. I ordered products in January of 2022 they got delivered in August 2022 which caused a huge finance mixup. Customer service was nice but they are not on par with other clothing companies when it comes to eCommerce. Avoid.

The second iteration of the Land's end stand alone store at the Burlington Mall is an improvement. The merchandise selection is less than what was available in Sears. Still nice to have a Land's End which makes online returns easier.

I like Land's End, but do all of my shopping online and only venture into the stores to make a return (and then do some looking around). I think Burlington is the only physical store in New England, and I would like to offer a suggestion for returns: please allow them at the register when the return desk is backed up.Maybe more than "please", perhaps "for the sake of everyone's sanity, please do returns at the register".Here is the scene: arrived at 10:10 yesterday morning, the store had been open for 10 minutes. I was returning two things, both had the tags on it and I had the receipt so nothing complicated. I got into line, and noticed the woman in front of me had TWO HUGE BOXES next to her; of course I thought "OMG, is she actually returning all of that?". I felt as though I was in the express line at the grocery store and then someone in front has 126 items and no clue as to how to self-scan. Meanwhile, no one was waiting at the regular register, and I almost called the store just to ask if we could be helped at the store? Note that I wanted to call because I feared getting out of line which was really growing at this point.Both boxes were stuffed and contained more matching pajamas and slippers than an entire neighborhood would need. Obviously no one in her family wanted to match, these were all in their original packages so maybe her UPS driver is just really cute and she wanted to have him/her show up at the door more often? Who knows, but her return took 18 minutes (yes, I timed it); when she finally left, I was done in less than 2 minutes.I really felt badly for the nice guy working (Quentin), I can only imagine he wondered if his whole day would be like this? There were at least 10 people behind me - none with boxes of any size - so returns at the register would have been great. After that, I was so aggravated that I just wanted to get out of the store and not bother with shopping while I was there!
