    “Even before a change in insurances from BCBS to Cigna forced me from Mass. Gen. Pharmacy to Accredo I knew how wonderful Mass. General Pharmacy Specialists were. Every care and concern possible was given to me throughout the process consistently at an unexpectedly high level. Weather concerns and possible delivery delays were addressed PRIOR at their instigation. Temporary address changes enabled me to travel with confidence. They went above and beyond as 3 representatives worked over 2 days to expedite the transition to Accredo. Bear in mind I was no longer their customer and in the eyes of any other company would not have been their concern. They are true medical professionals and anyone who isn't forced by insurance to go elsewhere should use them. The organization (and computer software) and their staffing and training methods should be the industry template. 5 stars isn't enough.”

    “This is where I get my prescriptions. The pharmacists here are easy to work with. I buy my shampoo here as well. It is handicap accessible. It also has a pharmacy window for picking up and dropping off prescriptions from your car.”

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
