She was able to finally get my prescription filled because she thought outside the box and I am incredibly grateful! The medication was shipped to me overnight and I am hopeful this will bring me some much needed relief as perimenopause has been tough. I am also confident that I could call this pharmacy with any questions and would be met with patience, kindness and understanding. Well done!”

“They have carried out a nice renovation since I was there last. I had defected to using Market Basket which is closer to my house. I was not expecting to go to Hannaford's today but was with a friend so we stopped there. The problem: since I wasn't in my own car, I had no supermarket shopping bags with me. It is bad enough that you have to pay 10 cents a bag to carry out your food. Guaranteed the bags do not cost them 10 cents apiece. WORSE: the paper bags were garbage. They tore almost immediately when I tried to pick them up. They weren't that heavily loaded but all three tore. If they are going to make you pay for paper bags, the least they can do is give you a functional bag.”
“This pharmacy manages my dad's meds as he resides at Youville Memory Care. They have done an OUTSTANDING job of navigating a host of medication changes while we worked to get things just right. They have been patient, kind and absolutely on top of things. They are really special. Kyle in particular is outstanding.”

Derrick and Omega are great with excellent people skills but DEFINITELY a different experience at night with a grumpy shift leader named Mikael. Not only is he not helpful but his attitude almost spoils it for the whole store. Other than one bad apple that works at night named Mikael this store really cares about customer service. 5 stars from me but I won't go in at night anymore unfortunately:(:(:(”

Always the best service, knowledge and care. First, with Bob Carr and Nancy on the corner of Main Street and Walden Street- Bob and Nancy were like family and Bob helped us find our son’s best pediatrician ?? forever grateful. Then so many wonderful years with Diane and we love love that her voice lives on with the after hours answering machine! Now the latest team is just as amazing! Independent pharmacies are the only way to go! Forever grateful for all you do!”
“I've been coming to this Hannaford for my primary grocery shopping for 6 years now. Service has always been great with a couple of exceptions. I recently came in after buying some meat that was spoiled. This is the 1st time this has ever happened, and apparently its a brand that gets shipped in. Brian the evening Operations Manager was awesome and made sure I was taken care of. He also has a great sense of humor while being professional at the same time. Keep up the great work at providing great service. The one minor thing that is frustrating is items this store used to carry are no longer there anymore. However, I do understand the position our economy is in right now is making it difficult for smaller grocery stores to get certain products and keeping them on the shelves.”

“Hannaford Pharmacy is the best I've found in the area around Lexington and Waltham. Staff are always professional, always helpful. They answer the phone right away. They always check to find the better price between my Medicare copay vs. GoodRx and if they have not done this in advance they willingly check for and give me the better price at pick- up. When I use GoodRx, Hannaford is almost always the lowest price when compared to ten or so other area pharmacys, almost always lower than CVS or Walgreens.”

She fixed a BIG issue that arose from the carelessness of another tech. (My words Not hers) If you want something done right, you have a complicated prescription, or you need an issue fixed, ask for Gabriella! I pray she’s here for a long time and honestly she deserves a raise for all the fires she putting out!”

Unfortunately, I was not able to fill my prescription here this month, due to a nationwide cyber attack.Naturally, after significant effort on my part, I was able to have my doctor send a new prescription to CVS which they were able to fillThe price you ask? It was twice as expensive as if I got it from Osco pharmacy.Unfortunately, I can’t wait for the medication so I had to go with the higher price, but I am poor anyone who is a patron of CVS to switch their allegiance to Osco pharmacy which provides the same medication at a much reduced price. in my case ADD medication is 1/2 of what it is at CVSAt the pharmacy there is one employee in particular, which I really like and is very accommodating. I’m sure anyone who frequents the store knows who I’m talking about but he is male and has curly hair and is very nice and understanding. I have never once encountered a person like this at CVS, and this is not a smear. This is a honest review from a person That has been struggling to find their medication due to the nationwide cyber attack that recently happened in February 2024I hope next month to fill my prescriptions at Osco pharmacy. I never want to go to CVS again essentially what they have done is exploit peoples withdrawal symptoms by charging exorbitant unfair prices that are twice what their competitors sell life-saving medication for.I have no ulterior motives. I do not have stock in either company, but I have struggled all day with being unable to acquire my medication in a timely fashion, and I’ve been absolutely shattered to find out that I now have to pay twice the amount for the same medication at CVS.I have federal, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and I have looked extensively online for a lower price, and this has yielded it no results.Personally, I blame Biden for overly aggressive Russia sanctions, which, in my opinion, triggered a cyber attack that targeted the healthcare industry leading to increased medication, cost for millions of Americans”

“I came to CVS yesterday to take advantage of the BOGO sale On special K cereal. It was out of stock even though there were 4 days left on the sale. Also The yellow sales tickets on the shelves in the vitamin supplement section block the labels So you can’t find the product you’re looking for especially on the lower shelves. I suggest if everything in that department is on sale, put a sign on the shelf that all the products in that line are on sale instead of using all those yellow tickets which block the labels on the bottles”
