People mistake this for the processing plant all the time--01889, Middlesex Essex is a different place so if you have complaints about your package being stuck, it's not the fault of the North Reading Post Office. Matt the window clerk is always friendly and helpful, I enjoy coming here for my postal products!”

“This has been my post office for 3 years and I go regularly. They handle everything in a professional manner, they know a lot, they are organized and ready to help. I usually don't have to wait for too long. I never had my packages missing and they always get delivered promptly. My package got stuck in another post office (went there by error) and it has been stuck for over 3 week. This post office even helped me out with that. I am so grateful. “I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world.
