I want to give a special thank you to Albert who was very patient and welcoming with our three young children while we submitted our applications for passports. He was kind enough to get them water and coloring books to keep them occupied and didn’t mind the ruckus they kicked up at times.

I love this post office until they decide to make everyone wait because they are doing passports. Why isn't there a dedicated person for this? Why do we have to wait to do regular post office business? Makes no sense. Always seems very understaffed.
