“I enjoy going to this location... I was new to the area and the desk attendant Bob was very kind and welcoming. He always has such an energetic personality that almost allows you to forget anything else that's wrong with your day. Overtime his demeanor has been unwavering. He genuinely is kind and I always look forward to his exuberance when I come to this location. Jim is also kind and often has candy. Overall I would recommend this location most importantly because they also pick up their phone which saves you a trip if you can have you a question clarified over the phone. I just hope their Self Service/P.O Box portion was 24 hours like some or opened later”

“This post office is great. The people are friendly, our mailman gives our dog biscuits and plays ball with her, and I have never had any problem with the service. They hold our mail when we're away, and always get it right. Our mailman even took the "away" slip for us once because we were late getting it in. All around a nice group of professional people.”

“I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world. “This is a great little PO hiding out in Nonantum, it is only open Monday - Friday BUT it does open at 7:30 so you can do whatever you need early. It is small, but really efficient so you can get in-and-out. I have brought in several packages over the last few months, Tina has been at the counter each time and is really friendly.”

After reading all the negative reviews, I think it's about time for an honest and positive review! The current staff and window clerks are all excellent, very helpful, and do their best under some trying situations. On occasion, I've seen customers become rudebecause they don't want to pay what is required for a service.The current staff always provides the various options for the service requested so the customer can choose what's best for them. “Back in 2002 I had a job where I travelled a lot at the last minute and I would get my pay through the mail. On days when my flight was early and I knew I would not be here to get my mail id call the distribution center and they would allow me to pick up my mail early. With proper identification of course. Fast forward to 2018 and I need my mail early but wasn't sure if they still would be able to help me with an issue so early in the morning and so last minute. To my surprise all these years later and still great customer service. Although I do not recommend bothering these hard workers for every little piece of mail, I will say that if all other avenues are exhausted give them a call and no doubt u will get a great response.”
“Let's be real the old lady at the front desk should've retired ~10 years ago. Her bad attitude just gives places like this a bad vibe. Just hire an underpaid college kid, even they'll have more manners. With people already asking to defund the post office this lady isn't really helping her case lol. She told me to call the state department if I had questions about my passport? Seems to me like someone with 60+ years experience working there would know the simple process of filling a passport form out”
