The Sleep Number store had a great variety of options and was easy to explore. Vedant was outstanding—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the choices without any rush. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend both the store and asking for Vedant there for helping select the mattress for your needs!

The store associate in Salem, N.H. Alison, took exceptional care even though I had changed my order SEVERAL TIMES She took care of the financial institutions to get me the best possible financing & communicated within the Sleep Number head office to straighten out the order I had changed several times. She showed a tremendous amount of patience & was a consumate professional with all involved. She made my experience buying my Sleep Number beds as easy & simple as could be with such a complicated issue. She is a top professional representative for Sleep Number.

Great place to try out a mattress and decide what best suits you. Cristina offered a very hands on experience and helped navigate the variety of options. I did not feel pressured to make decision at any moment too, even though I took a lot of Cristina's time.
The place has a convenient parking 50ft from the entrance. It has handicapped spots available, too.

I had such a great experience at the Sleep Number store! 😊 Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable while I looked around. I ended up going with the Climate360 bed, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer. ❄️🔥 The ability to adjust the temperature and firmness to exactly how I like it has made a huge difference in how well I sleep. 😴🛏️ If you're thinking about investing in better sleep, I definitely recommend checking them out! 💯

Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Sales people that lie. They lock you out of the app and you can't transfer it. I literally gave it away, and there is no way to control it.
I should absolutely sue this company and start a class action against them. They're deceptive and fraudulent. Stay away from here.

Had an excellent time shopping at Sleep number in Burlington. We were not pressured to buy anything and had all of our questions answered by Cristina who was extremely knowledgeable. We compared beds from other stores in the area and in the end we purchased a Split King P5 with Flex 2 bases. This bed felt the most comfortable for us liking beds on the firm side. Cristina made the process a breeze.

The Sleep Number store representative far exceeded our expectations in knowledge and experience as well as listening and understanding our needs. Cristina was patient and friendly and she explained all aspects of Sleep Number beds in a manner we could easily understand.
