“This is my go to place for all the inspection stickers for the vehicles at my house. Everyone is friendly and honest. I brought my son’s truck this morning and met Kaio for the first time. I can’t say enough about how friendly and personable he is. I have only gone here for an inspection stickers but I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from him. He seems honest and didn’t give off that car salesman vibe. The mechanic who did my sticker was also super friendly and efficient”

“Julio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, coming up with a quick fix for my Camry gas cap door. It’s been a faulty design from the manufacturer with a weak spring which causes the gas cap door to not open at times especially during the winter. Julio replaced it with a much stronger spring, almost immediately right after I dropped off my car. Just an example of how resourceful they are in resolving problems. Highly recommend!”

“I took my Mazda 3 to 1 Fine Auto today as my car was making a lot of noise while driving. I had to hard stop near the Winchester high school before picking up my daughter since a policeman had flashing lights and basically cut me off on a one-way street. After that incident, the noise started. I was worried it was a damaged axel. Thankfully 1 Fine Auto was nearby and I met Jim who was very nice. I got lucky that they weren't too busy so they could take a look. It end up being the front rotor disk that basically got dislodged. Very scary. They were able to order new brake pads and rotors and fix on the same day within a few hours. I was very appreciative of Jim and the guys who fixed my car. I am a resident of Winchester and have noticed this automotive repair shop before as they are always busy when you drive by it on Main Street. It is a hidden gem so I had to leave this review so others can check them out. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Will check them out again when I need additional service for my vehicles.”

“this guys is an absolute gem. I took my truck to two different shops both telling me I needed a new transmission. One even quoting me $3k. I took it here for one more opinion after hearing such good things about them. We went for a quick ride he scanned it and found out it was just a bad TP sensor. I bought the part on the way home for $40 bucks and behold the tranny and everything was shifting and running fine again! Dude saved me a lot of $$$$. I will absolutely use them again and recommend to everyone.”

Not a month or two later unfortunately my transfer case went out so I reached back out. They got my truck into the shop within a couple days, diagnosed my issue and discussed my options. “I wanted to start with how great full for this place.We Took a car to Rick we had a problem with a 2024 Hyundai rick check the vehicle out and found the problem right away. His guys called Nashua Hyundai and found out that the vehicle is still on the warranty and that was covered the issue basically charged me nothing. I am very grateful to use this place. We will only use this place knowing that how they treat their is just like family, Rick and the gentleman that work here may God bless all of youse great job. “Great shop and great guys working there. I woke up this morning with a flat tire. Drove to another tire shop that opened at 7:30 and was the first person in the door. They said they couldn't look at it until 1 pm. At the time I was assuming this was a simple plug, a 15 minute job. I couldn't wait so I drove down the street to Certified. I arrived 20 minutes before they open but the gentleman at the front counter said he'd throw it on a lift and a tech could have a look at 8 when they got in. They discovered it was a loose valve core. They never even had to take the tire off. Tightened it up for me and I was out the door before 8:30. When I went to pay they told me to keep my money since it was such a simple repair. Their tech even brought me into the shop to show me what was going on. Great shop I will definitely return to. Go here with confidence, good people doing good business.”
