“AC Auto is the only place I want to take my car. John and his employees are extremely kind and honest and do the best work using only the best parts. I’ve come to them with issues that were something like an oil light being on or a transmission light due to another company failing to turn it off. They always help me out. They are so good to me I question why I ever went anywhere else. As a woman who does not know cars, it’s nice to go somewhere that’s so honest. They won’t do work they don’t think is necessary and won’t do any work without me knowing what it will entail and the cost. They are really the best. They also will do local pick ups for my car or pick me up and drop me off. I haven’t taken advantage of that yet but it’s a huge relief knowing they have that’s option.”

“Honest team. I reached out initially to ask for a transmission quote for my r50 cvt mini cooper and was suggested to bring it in just to confirm that is the way to go. After test driving, they confirmed the transmission did need to be replaced. They suggested that for the repair price, it was just not worth it to fix it. Appreciate the suggestion, I was able to trade in the car and used the repair money for another car, less headache. If I ever have transmission issue, I'd definitely come back again (hope I never have to though!)”

“Excellent Experience! I was having an issue with my vehicle as I continued to drive, it got worse. I decided to give C&C a call and see what they said. They offered to take a look at it if I brought it in. I brought it in and was greeted by Normand and George they pulled my vehicle right into the shop and placed it on the lift. So a couple of years ago my friend referred me to come here to get my brakes service. I called made an appointment spoke with Mark and he walked me through the process with pricing and how long the job would take. Price was amazing I drive a 2014 Mercedes Benz cla 250 and the timing was as promised. Mark is very professional and made the process hassle free. TODAY!!! I called him and wanted to see if he does an oil change because I was up the street from him. I needed one asap but he didn’t have availability until Saturday so I cannot wait til then. Since I had him on the phone I ask about my check engine light and said if you’re around come in I’ll check for you and it’s not gonna cost ya just to see what the issue is. Because you know anywhere else they will charge you 160-180Just to diagnose it. Anywho we found out the issue and he legit gave me a free update to his on my car with its system. I felt like I won the lottery because he did that for me when he didn’t have too ? totally made my day because I’ve been stressing. He’s seriously all about helping people and not scamming people. It’s hard to find people like him now a days. We agreed ?? f the light come back on I will give him a call so that he can service me again. I’m definitely do all my carService with him from now on. “Well I brought my GMC Yukon in for a transmission code. The day I dropped it off was extremely busy. I knew up front that diagnosis, parts and labor would take time. I was called with a quote and received my vehicle back a few days later. I noticed at pickup the front and rear sonar system wasn't functioning. Upon further investigation, I discovered damage to the front bumper. When I called and spoke to Andrew, he said he would check their cameras. He apologized and paid for the damage to my vehicle.
