After they go over your vehicle, they send you an email connected to a portal that has images, prices and the ability to select and accept work to be done. This is typically followed up with by text, or phone if you so choose, to alert you of your quote and the suggested repairs. The work was done timely and a week on, not an single issue. “I just come here for the cheap gas. Speedway a block down the road usually matches it, sometimes is about a nickel more, but I prefer this place because they always have paper towels and window wash water so that I can clean my windows after filling up. And the nice thing is, you don't have to listen to the annoying blaring commercials that Speedway plays at each gas pump's built in TVs while you're filling up! Gas prices are probably about the same as the Prime Energy locations, maybe a tiny bit less, but I prefer self-service over full service. Which means 20-30 cents less per gallon than at most of the big name gas stations on major roads closer to town. So, well worth it to stop by after my weekly grocery trips to Market Basket 5 minutes away.”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”
