I went in with my sister and eighty four year old mother. sergio went out of his way to make us all feel welcomed , particularly my mother. I went in mid morning and by the end of day , I drove home with my honda passport , which I love. the transaction could not have gone any easier and smoother. “Gotta give a shout out to Pat, who referred me out to Lou’s Custom Exhaust in N. Reading to fix a rusted tailpipe that had become disconnected. Hometown Garage could’ve replaced the muffler and exhaust system, but it would’ve cost *way* more because they don’t have the equipment to do that kind of repair. I really appreciate Hometown Garage’s integrity and customer service. I’m a fairly new customer, and I’m delighted that we chose Hometown Garage to keep our vehicles running smoothly.”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”

“This is my go to place for all the inspection stickers for the vehicles at my house. Everyone is friendly and honest. I brought my son’s truck this morning and met Kaio for the first time. I can’t say enough about how friendly and personable he is. I have only gone here for an inspection stickers but I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from him. He seems honest and didn’t give off that car salesman vibe. The mechanic who did my sticker was also super friendly and efficient”

“Easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
I spent a long time shopping for a car for one of our family members and probably looked at 100+ vehicles online before deciding to lease a new one. I contacted quite a few dealerships about their advertised specials, only to find that many were essentially “bait cars” or loss-leader advertisements that didn’t really translate into the deal being advertised.
Herb Chambers Kia was completely different. From my very first email, there were no games, no bait-and-switch, and no sales pressure. Laurel Ryan was honest, responsive, and answered every question while working with my expectations and budget.
When I arrived, Ramon Amill had the car ready, went over everything with me, and made the process easy. Brian Kelley handled the finance paperwork professionally and, again, there was zero pressure to purchase extras.
Most importantly, the numbers we agreed to by email were the numbers we signed for. No surprises.
As someone who did 98% of my shopping remotely because of my busy schedule, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I never once felt like I needed to have my “shield up” dealing with a car dealership.
