“I had my tire repaired at the shop, and I’m very satisfied with their service and honesty. My car has over 12,000 miles and is due for a tire rotation. While the repair was being done, I asked if the rotation could also be completed at the same time. The repair was finished very quickly, and the technician came to tell me that a rotation wasn’t needed after measuring the tread on the tires. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty—most shops wouldn’t do that nowadays. I highly recommend this shop!”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”

“This is my go to place for all the inspection stickers for the vehicles at my house. Everyone is friendly and honest. I brought my son’s truck this morning and met Kaio for the first time. I can’t say enough about how friendly and personable he is. I have only gone here for an inspection stickers but I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from him. He seems honest and didn’t give off that car salesman vibe. The mechanic who did my sticker was also super friendly and efficient”

“Recently decided to upgrade my 2023 Sportage X Pro to the 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX. I began researching through the Kia website and really liked the Fusion black with the Carmine red interior, it really pops and looks amazing and the SX trim was the only one that had ALL my necessites for options. I contacted a few other dealerships, checking the lowest prices available from different places and I also visited one in N. Danvers and took a test ride but couldn't find any that had the Black/Red combo in stock or were able to acquire it.
I had a great experience in 2023 at Herb Chambers Kia working with John Francis, who has been there for years, and I also recommended a good friend of mine to check into HC and John on his recent search for the new pre-ownerd car. John and the other dealer gave me a great offer for my trade-in so it was just a matter of matching deals and acquiring the one that I wanted. I contacted John and he went well above and beyond in locating and getting the car I wanted to Herb Chambers for me. Once we found the one I wanted we worked everything out with a great interest rate and a huge thank you to their Finance Manager Brian Kelly, who was also fantastic to deal with. John then drove down to CT to transport my Kia back and before I knew it I was driving off the lot a couple days after walking in and seeing John again to reach a deal.
