The staff Especially Joe, Lee, and Tom are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with my shipping and printing needs. The customer service at this UPS is THE best!! I’m always greeted by Lee, Tom and Joseph who are always smiling and helpful. Lee’s energy is contagious and always brightens my day. I choose this specific UPS location always because of the staff’s warm greetings and friendly manner!

This store is awesome! The more I returned I noticed he just goes out of his way to help every customer. The store runs like a finely tuned machine and you are in and out in no time, stress free!Thank you UPS for this excellent and well located in Burlington that have employees that have great customer service skills. ?

I had to return 3 items through UPS. I took the first box to the Burlington, MA UPS. It was my first visit there and I was greeted by Lee. He helped with packing and was so efficient that I was out of the door in a couple minutes. I was very impressed and thought what a friendly and helpful guy and what a nice clean beautiful space he runs.Upon arriving home, I realized that I had returned the wrong item to the wrong address/label. I was frantic and feeling hopeless of what a mess I had made. I called UPS in an attempt to retrieve the box. Tom was on the other end who was reassuring and patiently took down my information. They were about to close and the truck was going to come soon. I was told there were many boxes and it would be difficult to retrieve. Nevertheless, he did his magic! I rushed back to the store and saw that there were literally hundreds of boxes. I have no idea how Tom was able to find the pin in that haystack. Thank you so much! You guys are the BEST!

Extremely courteous! Needed a Notary on a Sunday. The only UPS store open on Sunday! So great to take care of shipping on a weekend. Staff is very friendly a so helpful! They put customers first!

The three customer service reps Genesis, Joseph and Lee were among some of the finest I've experienced in quite some time. Amazon made it a challenge and these three took the pain out of the whole ordeal. Great representatives for any company.

I forgot to check the weekend hours and arrived right before the store officially opened. The employee was very nice and helped me out as soon as he had logged into his computer, saving me time and ensuring my wife’s breakfast was still hot when I picked it up around the corner. Great service!

I came here to drop off a package that needed to be returned to a retailer. I had a prepaid label and explained that to the cashier. She said I needed to pay almost $3 for her to print the label, I explained that it was already prepaid. She looked me up and down, and proceeded to condescendingly tell me “Staples across the way only charges 75 cents if that’s more in your budget.” I asked her to not condescend me, that it wasn’t a budget issue and I was simply confused why I had to pay to print a prepaid label. She began to yell at me, and so I let her know we could move on, that I would pay for the printed label. I emailed her the label. She then mispronounced my name, and I gently corrected her. She began to yell again and said I was being rude. I explained that correcting her on the pronunciation of my name was not rude. I let her know that she was coming off as racist. She began to yell even more and when I asked for her name to follow up with management, she said Genesis Rodriguez. She then said, “Yeah, Rodriguez, try that for racism.” I had to explain to her that having a last name did not absolve her from her racism and wished her a nicer day. All I wanted to do was drop off a package, I was not expecting the errand to include a side of awful attitude and racism. This employee represents UPS, and I cannot believe that UPS allows this type of customer mistreatment from it’s employees.

I had purchased an antique train in MA and a friend helped pick it up and bring it to this UPS location to pack and ship to me. I was nervous about it being packaged well and this UPS office did a FANTASTIC job. Hard to tell from the photos but each item was individually wrapped and completely surrounded by packing material to avoid any damage. Highly recommend!
